Bibica Partners with FPT to Implement SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud, Strengthening Management Capabilities
On October 13, Bibica Joint Stock Company and FPT Corporation officially kicked off the SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud project, continuing more than 20 years of cooperation between the two parties. The project aims to modernize Bibica’s management platform, standardize operating processes and strengthen data connectivity, creating a foundation for the company to improve operational efficiency in the long term.

The ceremony was attended in person by representatives of both organizations. Representing Bibica was Mr. Nguyen Quoc Hoang, General Director and Project Director of Bibica Joint Stock Company. Representing FPT was Mr. Dang Truong Thach, Executive Vice President and Deputy General Director of FPT IS, FPT Corporation, together with the project management board and a team of implementation consultants. Senior representatives of Momogi Group also joined the program online.
In an increasingly competitive fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector, domestic enterprises are under pressure to improve operational efficiency, control costs and adapt to shifts in consumer demand. Pressure from international brands, including manufacturers from China, Thailand and Indonesia, further raises the need to strengthen management capabilities. Alongside product quality and distribution systems, the ability to connect data and provide timely information for decision-making also plays an important role.
Accordingly, Bibica has decided to continue investing in its management technology platform through the SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud project. The project is expected to be implemented over 6 months at Bibica Joint Stock Company and three member companies: Bibica Mien Tay Co., Ltd., Bibica Ha Noi Co., Ltd. and Bibica Consumer Goods Distribution Co., Ltd. The system covers core functions from finance and accounting, purchasing, sales and production to warehouse and quality management, aiming to standardize processes and enhance data connectivity across the entire system.

The project also continues the cooperation between FPT and Bibica that began in 2005, when Bibica was one of FPT’s first customers to implement an ERP system. Reflecting on this journey, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Hoang, General Director and Project Director of Bibica Joint Stock Company, said that ERP has played an important role in the company’s management over the past 20 years, helping the leadership improve management effectiveness and operational transparency. In the face of new market demands, modernizing the technology platform and upgrading the management system has become a necessary step for Bibica to continue strengthening its operational capabilities.
On this project, Mr. Hoang emphasized: “This is not simply a technology implementation or a system upgrade, but a golden opportunity for Bibica to improve the way it is managed.” He expects SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud to continue serving as a solid foundation that helps Bibica maintain stable operations, grow sustainably and move step by step toward a data-driven management model.

On the implementation side, Mr. Dang Truong Thach, Executive Vice President and Deputy General Director of FPT IS, FPT Corporation, said FPT will draw on its experience implementing SAP-based management solutions in the Vietnamese market and work closely with Bibica to build a system that fits its actual operations. The project aims to improve data utilization and the quality of information for decision-making, thereby helping Bibica strengthen its competitiveness and meet its long-term development goals. FPT is committed to leveraging its technology strengths, expertise and project team resources to accompany Bibica throughout the implementation.

Representing Momogi Group, Mr. Lioe Julius, Vice President of IT Group at Momogi, described this as a large-scale project that requires dedicated resources and support from the relevant departments. He expressed confidence that, with FPT’s readiness and the combined efforts of Momogi and Bibica, any challenges during implementation can be overcome and the project will achieve its set objectives.

The kickoff of the SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud project opens the next phase in Bibica’s journey of modernizing its management. Building on accumulated cooperation experience, both parties aim to build a unified management system, strengthen data utilization and create a foundation for the company’s sustainable development in the medium and long term.
