Businesses in Nghe An province enhances governance capacity with FPT’s ecosystem of solutions

Recently, FPT Information System Corporation (FPT IS) and FPT Smart Cloud Company Limited have jointly organize a seminar themed “Digitalizing business operations and management with FPT’s smart solutions”, attended by business leaders, managers, IT specialists from many businesses in Nghe An province.

At the beginning of the event, Ms. Bui Nguyen Phuong Chau – COO of FPT IS – speaks about FPT’s digital transformation journey with the FPT Digital Kaizen methodology. Accordingly, three main points in digital transformation include:

• Create a synthesis, connection between business activities, technologies, and people;
• Follow the principle of growth which is “Think big – Start smart – Scale fast”;
• Build a digital transformation strategy foundation for businesses based on four factors: operational excellence, new business model, customer experience, and employee experience.

Ms. Chau also believes that the digital transformation process at businesses can only succeed with close engagement of both business leaders and employees.

At the seminar, Mr. Nguyen Hoang Van – Head of Sales Department, Enterprise Sector, FPT IS – has given a presentation on  “Optimizing business operations and governance with FPT’s ecosystem of solutions”. In the presentation, Mr. Van talks about the “Paperless office” ecosystem and the solutions to automate and optimize business processes such as akaBot, UBot, and akaMES. The solutions can easily be integrated with each other to unleash total power to help businesses with comprehensive and effective digital transformation.

Regarding data safety in digital transformation, Mr. Le Hoang Duong – Director of Cyber Security Center, FPT IS – presents the suites of hardware solutions (Firewall, IPS, DDOS, WAF) and software solutions (Endpoint Security, SIEM and SOAR), which are ready to use to accompany businesses and protect digital assets, with the engagement of experts who own various prestigious security certificates and are extensively experienced in researching and providing 24/7 monitoring and troubleshooting services.
