Cenviro accepts the first SAP and eInvoice integration project deployed by FPT IS

On the afternoon of September 11, 2024, the project to integrate SAP ECC into the Malaysian government’s eInvoice system for Cenviro, a leading environmental management and waste treatment company in Malaysia, was officially accepted. This event marks a significant milestone affirming the “Be Global” capability of FPT IS. This integration enables Cenviro to comply with Malaysian government regulations, optimize invoice management processes, and minimize risks of errors and fraud.

The project to integrate SAP ECC into the Malaysian Government’s eInvoice system for Cenviro achieved its all initial objectives, from the launch to its official operation. The project has now moved to the warranty phase, during which FPT IS will support the customer for the next year.

In mid-May 2024, FPT IS and Cenviro launched the project to integrate the eInvoice function into the SAP ERP system, connecting directly to the Malaysian’s tax system. This not only helps Cenviro comply with local government regulations but also optimizes the invoice management process, minimizes the risk of errors and fraud. Moreover, the integration of eInvoice enables Cenviro to reduce the cost of printing, storing and managing paper invoices, automate the invoice processing process, thereby save resources and improve operational efficiency. Notably, the solution’s full compliance with the Malaysian Government’s tax regulations has provided the client with greater confidence during their operations.

Despite the tight implementation schedule, the project to intergrate SAP ECC with the Malaysian Government’s eInvoice system for Cenviro surpassed all expectations. Representatives from the customer expressed satisfaction with the enthusiastic support, the swift handover process, and the in-depth expertise demonstrated by the FPT IS team. This project underscores FPT IS’s capabilities and professionalism as a trusted, leading technology partner in Vietnam and the region. Furthermore, it is expected to open up further business cooperation opportunities between FPT IS and companies in Malaysia.
