Eximbank and SHB employ the FPT.iHRP system to enhance human resource management
Recently, Vietnam Export-Import Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Eximbank) and Saigon – Hanoi Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SHB) have made positive innovations in human resource management by implementing advanced features of the Human Resources and Payroll Management System – FPT.iHRP, researched and developed by FPT IS.
At Eximbank, seven main modules of FPT.iHRP are deployed, including: system management, employee resignation, attendance tracking, insurance, salary/bonus and tax finalization, recruitment, and personal services. Over 6,500 employees across over 210 business units and the head office use the system. FPT.iHRP is also integrated with several Eximbank systems, including LDAP, Email, Asset Management, Minikore, RLOS, CRM, and other systems to significantly improve the bank’s management and operational efficiency.

At SHB, the deployment of FPT.iHRP’s Mobility application at a scale of 4,000 users helps the bank effectively manage attendance tracking, monitor business travel plans, and approve attendance in line with the work schedule. In particular, the system also provides detailed report templates with check-in and check-out data at each work location. The Mobility application also brings convenience and new digital experiences in attendance tracking for employees.
SHB cooperates with FPT IS to deploy FPT.iHRP’s Mobility application at a scale of 4,000 users.
The outcomes delivered to the two leading banks in Vietnam contribute to affirming the quality and reputation of the “Made by FPT IS” solutions in general and the digital transformation solution suite of human resource management in particular.
