FPT accompanies Acecook in building a modern management reporting system
Recently, the project “Implementation of the Power BI Management Reporting System” jointly carried out by Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company (Acecook) and FPT officially completed the blueprint (solution documentation) acceptance phase. This marks an important milestone in the journey toward a comprehensive and intelligent management reporting system. The project has now entered the preparation stage for User Acceptance Testing (UAT), a crucial step before the system officially goes live.
Launched on December 26, 2024, the project is expected to last five months. Its main objective is to build a Data Warehouse to integrate and standardize data from various sources, including the SAP system, Agent system, and others. Based on this foundation, the management reporting system is developed using Power BI, ensuring accurate, timely, and consistent access to information.

At this stage, the system has been deployed for key users in Acecook’s Business Department and Executive Board, directly supporting operational management and strategic decision-making. Beyond delivering clear operational efficiency, the project also signifies a deep transformational impact on the enterprise.
The new system marks a significant shift in Acecook’s data management approach—from a manual, fragmented model to a proactive and intelligent digital data-driven method. Labor productivity has significantly improved as reports that previously took hours to compile in Excel are now automated and updated in real-time, saving hundreds of man-hours each quarter. The system also contributes to modernizing management practices, promoting performance-based operations, and standardizing the entire data analysis process.
The project was kicked off in late December and is expected to be completed within five months.
According to Ms. Vu Thi Anh Tuyet, project manager at FPT: “During implementation, the project team faced many challenges, particularly in integrating data from multiple sources, which required close collaboration between technical, business, and Acecook’s project teams. This was also Acecook’s first time implementing a Data Warehouse and designing Power BI reports, so the implementation team had to quickly master the technology under high pressure. Moreover, aligning report design with the client’s diverse and complex requirements was another major challenge.”
The project, which was kicked off in late December 2024, is currently progressing steadily and completing its remaining components on schedule. The implementation of Power BI not only enhances data management efficiency but also lays a critical foundation for Acecook’s broader digital transformation journey, demonstrating the company’s strong commitment to innovation and modernizing its technology infrastructure in support of sustainable development goals.
