FPT Accompanies the Vietnam E-commerce and Digital Technology Application Forum 2024

Recently, FPT participated in the Vietnam E-commerce and Digital Technology Application Forum 2024, jointly organized by the Hanoi Promotion Agency and the Department of E-commerce and Digital Economy Agency. The forum aimed to promote the adoption of digital technology and e-commerce across the economy, supporting businesses in enhancing their competitiveness and achieving sustainable growth.

The event welcomed over 250 delegates, including representatives from the Ministry of Industry and Trade, various government ministries, the Hanoi municipal government, leaders of the Department of E-commerce and Digital Economy Agency, and the Hanoi Promotion Agency. Attendees also included leaders from the Vietnam Association of Craft Villages, the Vietnam Software and IT Services Association (VINASA), the Vietnam E-commerce Association (VECOM), provincial and municipal departments and agencies, industry associations, domestic and international e-commerce platforms, digital technology and transformation enterprises, logistics and delivery providers, payment organizations, as well as manufacturing and export businesses from across Vietnam.

In his opening remarks, Ms. Lai Viet Anh, Deputy Director of the Department of E-commerce and Digital Economy Agency, Ministry of Industry and Trade, expressed her hope that the forum would serve as a networking hub for diverse businesses across sectors such as manufacturing, e-commerce, distribution, trade, international import-export, technology, and digital transformation solutions, catering to enterprises of all sizes. She emphasizes that this forum represents a valuable opportunity for businesses to connect, exchange knowledge, and enhance their capabilities in technology application, e-commerce, and digital transformation, with the purpose to improve business management, and competitiveness, playing the role in advancing digital transformation and the growth of Vietnam’s digital economy.
