FPT discusses tech solutions with Indonesian partner PT. Intikom Berlian Mustika
On June 9 and 10, 2025, FPT had the honor of welcoming a high-level delegation from PT. Intikom Berlian Mustika (Intikom) — one of Indonesia’s leading IT solution providers. The working sessions between the two sides focused on exchanging technology solutions in the finance and banking sectors, aiming to explore potential strategic cooperation and the formation of a future joint venture.

Kicking off the working sessions on the morning of June 9, FPT and Intikom presented overviews of their organizations, shared core strengths, and discussed strategic orientations in IT, particularly in the financial and banking sectors. Representing FPT were Mr. Tran Dang Hoa, Chairman of FPT IS, FPT Corporation, and Mr. Doan Duy Lam, Business Development Director of Global Sector at FPT IS, FPT Corporation. The two leaders highlighted FPT’s professional capabilities and its role in the FPT tech ecosystem. With over 30 years of experience delivering tech solutions in Vietnam and abroad, FPT is a strategic partner to many banks and financial institutions, offering a diverse portfolio of products and pioneering digital transformation in the Vietnamese banking sector.
Intikom’s representatives also introduced the company’s development journey spanning over a decade, emphasizing its capability in delivering IT solutions across Indonesia and the region. Intikom is one of Indonesia’s leading IT services firms under the Salim Group—Indonesia’s largest conglomerate. With over 35 years of experience, Intikom is now a trusted IT solutions provider to more than 500 clients across industries, including insurance, finance, telecommunications, retail, and education. Its service network covers 171 locations across Indonesia, serving major strategic clients such as ASUS, Adobe, and Amazon.
Both sides expressed a mutual interest in strengthening ties and expanding cooperation in financial and banking technology. Discussions also explored the potential to form a joint venture between FPT and Intikom, with a shared goal of leveraging technological expertise, market insights, and business strengths to develop joint solutions for the Southeast Asian region in the near future.
In the afternoon, the working program continued with the participation of senior executives from both sides. The Intikom delegation included Mr. Pak Suryono Hidayat – Chairman of the Board, Mr. Pak Agus Susanto – CEO, and Mr. Pak Erwin Elias – Deputy CEO. Representing FPT were Mr. Doan Duy Lam – Business Development Director of Global Sector at FPT IS, FPT Corporation, Mr. Vu Minh Tuan – Deputy Director of Consulting & Integrated Solutions Center at FPT IS, FPT Corporation, Mr. Vu Anh Duc – Deputy Director of Digital Identity Platform Center at FPT IS, FPT Corporation, Mr. Le Minh Vu – akaBot Specialist, and Mr. Pham Tuan – Co-founder of VertZéro software.

At the meeting, FPT showcased a range of standout “Made by FPT” technology solutions. Representing FPT, Mr. Vũ Minh Tuấn provided an overview of the company’s comprehensive technology ecosystem and its financial and banking solutions currently being deployed across Vietnam. Mr. Le Minh Vu introduced akaBot, FPT’s robotic process automation (RPA) solution
Continuing the program, Mr. Le Minh Vu — an expert from akaBot — introduced the akaBot robotic process automation (RPA) solution tailored for the banking sector. The solution leverages software robots to automate repetitive tasks, helping boost employee productivity, reduce errors, and optimize operational workflows toward complete digitalization. akaBot is recognized as one of the world’s leading RPA platforms and has earned high praise from Gartner.
Mr. Vu Anh Duc shared insights on FPT’s digital platforms, including eKYC, FPT.eInvoice, and the Kyta Platform
In addition, Mr. Vu Anh Duc – Deputy Director of Digital Identity Platform Center – shared details about FPT’s digital platforms such as eKYC, FPT.eInvoice, and Kyta Platform. These solutions are being successfully deployed for numerous financial and banking clients in Vietnam, including JACCS and Shinhan Life. FPT’s eKYC solutions accelerate digital transformation across the banking sector by enabling electronic identification, identity verification, anti-fraud measures, and swift, accurate account registration. Meanwhile, AI assistants and robotic automation systems integrated into platforms like Kyta Platform and FPT.eContract are capable of verifying, analyzing, and processing application documents in under 10 minutes, significantly enhancing productivity.
Mr. Pham Tuan introduced VertZéro, FPT’s carbon accounting software
Next, Mr. Pham Tuan – Co-founder of the VertZéro solution – introduced the ISO 14064-compliant greenhouse gas inventory platform. VertZéro enables businesses to manage emissions transparently, optimize costs, and comply with global standards. FPT is consulting and implementing VertZéro for MBBank, helping automate the bank’s carbon inventory process.
On the afternoon of June 10, the Intikom delegation continued their working agenda at FPT Tower to gain deeper insights into FPT’s cloud computing solutions and real-world applications.
The visit concluded with strong expectations for concrete future collaborations. Representatives from both companies expressed confidence that, with their respective strengths and experience, FPT and Intikom can jointly explore new opportunities for regional digital transformation.
