FPT.eInvoice solution adopted by Malaysian businesses

August 26, 2024

Recently, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, the electronic invoice solution FPT.eInvoice was showcased to nearly 500 international guests during an event held in conjunction with celebrations of the 79th anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19) and National Day (September 2).

At the “Made by FPT” solution booth, a trio of paperless office solutions – FPT.eInvoice (Electronic Invoice Solution), FPT.eContract (Electronic Contract Solution), and FPT SPro 5.0 (Process Digitization and Automatic Assignment Solution version 5.0) – was introduced to Vietnamese businesses operating in Malaysia as well as to representatives from various embassies.

Fully complying with regulations of Malaysia’s LHDN/IRBM, FPT.eInvoice is designed to simplify invoice operations, protect data, enhance efficiency, and automate the entire invoicing process for organizations across multiple industries in this Southeast Asian nation. Similar to its application in Vietnam, the “Made by FPT” electronic invoice solution – FPT.eInvoice, offers two flexible deployment models: FPT.eInvoice On Premise, ideal for businesses handling a large volume of invoices and requiring independent e-Invoice system management, and FPT.eInvoice On Cloud, which caters to small and medium-sized enterprises with a moderate number of invoices. The solution can be swiftly and flexibly integrated with ERP systems, accounting software, sales management tools, among others, at only half the cost of global e-Invoice solutions with similar functions and development. With a track record serving over 70,000 businesses and organizations, FPT.eInvoice is well-equipped with the technology and expertise to deliver reliable and tailored solutions to organizations in Malaysia and all over the world, across a variety of sectors and scales of operation.

The consulting team introduced “Made by FPT” solutions to Vietnamese businesses operating in Malaysia.

Currently, FPT.eInvoice is trusted and utilized by three major global companies, namely CEVA Logistics, LG Electronics, and LX Pantos, along with many other potential customers.

The FPT.eInvoice Malaysia consulting and implementation team dedicates significant time to understanding the local legal framework and government invoicing requirements. They master the necessary technical aspects and commit to optimizing the implementation progress and quality. This dedication helps build trust and reinforces the high standards of the “Made by FPT IS” solution for their customers.

Earlier this year, at the exclusive C-Talk Malaysia #2 event held in Kuala Lumpur on March 20, 2024, the akaBot and FPT.eInvoice teams collaborated to introduce a complete automation solution, which integrates FPT.eInvoice for issuing invoices and akaBot for automatically processing incoming invoices, offering Malaysian businesses a comprehensive invoice processing system.
