FPT hosts Alưi Parus 2024 – True North to honor outstanding individuals and teams
The Alưi Parus 2024 journey, themed “True North,” officially took place in Ha Long, bringing together more than 100 exemplary FPT employees from across the country. The three-day program included a series of networking, inspirational, and recognition activities to celebrate outstanding individuals and teams from the past year.
Right from departure in Hanoi, an enthusiastic and vibrant atmosphere filled the group. At the gathering point, participants took commemorative photos, ready for an unforgettable journey.

The first destination was Sung Sot Cave – one of the most renowned natural wonders in Ha Long Bay. With its majestic natural beauty, the cave offered a relaxing and bonding experience for all attendees.

Following the sightseeing tour, the program proceeded to the Alưi Parus 2024 Recognition Night – the highlight of the entire journey. In a solemn setting in the heart of Ha Long Bay, Mr. Nguyễn Hoàng Minh, CEO of FPT IS, representing FPT Corporation, shared his reflections on the theme “True North”: “Sailors have always relied on the North Star to guide them. And I believe every FPT member will find their own ‘True North’ – the mission they truly pursue. It’s even more meaningful if our personal True North aligns with that of FPT.”

Mr. Minh also emphasized the remarkable achievements of the past year – over VND 9,000 billion in revenue and an estimated VND 50,000 billion in value generated for customers – attributing these to team spirit and unwavering focus on core values.“Before we leap forward, let’s look to our teammates. Team spirit and determination are what will carry us through future challenges.”
Prestigious awards were announced and honored
In a proud and emotional atmosphere, prestigious titles such as Miss FPT, FPT’s Four Beauties 2024, FPT Top 100, Outstanding FPT Officers, Globalization Officers, Exemplary Projects, the Thomas Edison Award, and Rookie of the Year were announced and celebrated.
Following the awards ceremony, the Alưi Parus 2024 journey continued at the Vinpearl Resort & Spa Ha Long with a team-building activity themed “Five Elements Connection.” Nearly 100 FPT employees were divided into five teams representing the five elements – Metal, Wood, Water, Fire, and Earth – and participated in beachside challenges. With fierce spirit, each team demonstrated coordination, agility, and creativity to complete their missions, raising the “Nationwide Top Product” flag high above Ha Long.

More than just recreational games, the team-building activity was a true test of teamwork – igniting inner strength and unity in line with the “True North” spirit: returning to one’s guiding direction, where each individual becomes a beacon for the collective.
STCo Night
Following an exciting team-building session, the event continued with the STCo Night Gala – a cultural highlight of FPT. The five teams showcased their creativity and teamwork through unique musical performances centered around five key themes: True North, Breakthrough, Globalization, Made by FPT, and AI. The performances brought an energetic, humorous, yet profound atmosphere, clearly reflecting the distinctive character of each team and the FPT culture.
Concluding a journey of three days and two nights, Alưi Parus 2024 left lasting impressions with a series of unforgettable experiences. The ‘True North’ spirit continues to ignite the inner beacon in every FPT member, inspiring them to break through, adapt, and confidently move forward on the path ahead.
