FPT IS affirms its digital transformation capability in Healthcare at DX Summit 2021
At Vietnam DX Summit 2021 taking place from December 1 to December 2, 2021, FPT Information System Co., Ltd. (FPT IS) has introduced multiple advanced IT solutions in healthcare digital transformation along with its experience of more than 20 years accompanying hospitals in particular and the country’s health sector in general.
Representing FPT IS to speak at the in-depth seminar on Healthcare, Mr. Phuong Ngoc Thang, Head of Medical Solution Consulting Department, affirms that digital transformation is inevitable in the Industry 4.0 era as well as during the pandemic period, when the demand for medical examination/treatment significantly increases, putting a huge load of pressure on healthcare staff as well as medical facilities.

Also at the in-depth seminar, after the presentation by IT experts and healthcare specialists, Mr. Nguyen Truong Nam, Deputy Director of the IT Department of the Ministry of Health, has spoken about the Digital transformation program on Healthcare to 2025 with vision to 2030, and discussed difficulties and solutions in the digital transformation process of the health sector.
Addressing the concerns regarding costs for digital transformation, Mr. Phuong Ngoc Thang affirms that digital transformation is not a destination but a journey.
