FPT IS and Cisco Vietnam propose new-gen network system security solutions for TPBank
Recently, FPT Information System Corporation (FPT IS) and Cisco Vietnam have jointly organized the “TPBank Secure Network Transformation Workshop” exclusively for leaders and IT infrastructure experts of Tien Phong Commercial Joint Stock Bank (TPBank) with a purpose to strengthen and promote the strategic cooperation between the three sides.
At the event, Mr. Ho Huu Thang – Chief Technology Officer of Cisco Vietnam – says: “Cisco and FPT IS have been accompanying TPBank in many major IT projects. Today’s workshop is not only an opportunity for us to present and update tech products related to the fields of infrastructure, safety, and security that are aligned with TPBank’s transformation strategy, but also an opportunity to understand more about the current issues and demands of the bank”.

On behalf of FPT IS, Mr. Quan Duc Minh – Director of Infrastructure Implementation Services Center – expresses his desire to accompany TPBank on the journey to enhance the digital banking ecosystem, providing the bank with products and experience of the best quality while optimizing operational costs, contributing to the sustainable development of TPBank.
At the workshop, Cisco and FPT IS have discussed security solutions in the cloud computing environment based on the Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) architecture that helps address security challenges in distributed and hybrid environments; Cisco SD-Access solution (automatic network structure with workflow automation for both wired and wireless networks according to Gartner’s latest definitions); Cisco DNA Spaces Connector and applications for deploying synthetic multi-site support and information analysis to enhance business efficiency.
The workshop contributes to strengthening and promoting the strategic cooperation between the three sides.
Concluding the workshop, Mr. Le Viet Hung – Director of Technology Infrastructure of TPBank expects that with extensive experience and knowledge of technologies, FPT IS and Cisco will continue to accompany, consult, deploy and assist TPBank to build a solid, modern digital infrastructure, effectively serving the bank’s operations and business activities.
