FPT IS and PTSC Marine bring forth the digital revolution in the oil and gas service vessel industry
On the morning of September 23, FPT IS and Petroleum Technical Services Corporation Marine (PTSC Marine – a member unit of PetroVietnam Technical Services Corporation – PTSC) formally launched the first phase of the project to deploy the Enterprise Asset Management and Operational Excellence software (STMA) for the oil and gas industry, aiming to provide technological solutions to help PTSC Marine digitize and improve management efficiency in an increasingly competitive environment.

Along with representatives from PTSC Marine, including Mr. Le Chien Thang, Director of PTSC Marine, Mr. Nguyen Phu Vang, Deputy Director of PTSC Marine, and Mr. Nguyen Van Tung, Head of General Administration Division, the event welcomed representatives from FPT IS, Mr. Dang Truong Thach, Executive Vice President of FPT IS, Mr. Le Minh Quan, Director of akaMES Platform Development Center, Mr. Dao Trong Nguyen, Director of Business Development Center No. 13, and other key members of the project team.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, FPT IS Executive Vice President Dang Truong Thach highlighted: “This project between FPT IS and PTSC Marine marks an important step forward in applying digital technology to enterprise management. The akaMES solution, equipped with exceptional benefits from global smart factory projects, is expected to significantly improve vessel operation management efficiency. FPT IS pledges to collaborate with PTSC Marine to ensure that the project is implemented smoothly and on schedule to enhance the company’s competitiveness.
FPT IS Executive Vice President Dang Truong Thach delivered the opening speech at the event.
Mr. Le Chien Thang, Director of PTSC Marine, also expressed his confidence in the cooperation between the two parties: “We have high hopes that FPT IS’s akaMES solution will match the requirements of PTSC Marine.
