FPT IS and TPBank empower enterprises with “digital start” suite

Recently, Tien Phong Commercial Joint Stock Bank (TPBank) and FPT Information System Corporation (FPT IS) have officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement towards enhancing service quality for enterprises. Accordingly, TPBank and FPT IS will jointly develop a suite of highly applicable digital transformation solutions, contributing to promoting digitalization in enterprises and business households.

Specifically, TPBank’s existing and new customers will be offered to experience 03 products under the “Made-by-FPT-IS” ecosystem free-of-charge, including: 50 FPT.eContract electronic contracts and 01 year license; 300 purchase invoices automatically processed and managed by FPT Digital Accounting solution and 01 year license; 1,000 FPT.eInvoice electronic invoices and 02 years license.

Besides, FPT IS’ existing and new customers will enjoy multiple incentives from TPBank, including: Free business account with account number as desired (such as business registration number, phone number, date of birth of the business owner, etc.), valued up to 05 million VND; 100% exemption of payment fees at the counter and on e-banking; 100% exemption from issuance fee and annual fee for the first year of international corporate debit card (Visa Debit).

FPT.eInvoice is a comprehensive solution to create, manage and transmit electronic invoice data to the Tax Authority. According to the Government’s regulations, from July 1, 2022, all enterprises, business households and individuals doing business that pays tax using declaration method are required to switch to electronic invoices. Developed by FPT IS, a 26-year partner of the Tax industry, FPT.eInvoice is one of the most reliable and market-leading solutions for electronic invoices for all enterprises.

In addition, FPT.eContract is the first system in Vietnam to help enterprises, organizations and individuals initiate and set up review and signing flow themselves. The solution has successfully connected with the Certified e-Contract Authority (CeCA) of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, providing electronic contract authentication to all enterprises, organizations and individuals across the country.
