FPT is confident to make Hai Phong a leading area in digital transformation

On the morning of April 15, Mr. Hoang Minh Cuong, Vice Chairman of Hai Phong People’s Committee, has led the city’s delegation to visit and work at FPT Corporation’s headquarters. On the day, both sides have discussed quick and effective transformation models and solutions, aiming to swiftly make Hai Phong a leading area in digital transformation in the country.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Hoang Minh Cuong says, Hai Phong city pays special attention and is determined to conduct comprehensive digital transformation. Recently, executing the plan of the Steering committee on Digital transformation of Hai Phong city, the People’s Committee of the city has decided to form a delegation to work with a number of ministries/departments/enterprises regarding digital transformation.

Accordingly, via a visit and working session at FPT, a typical corporation with more than 30 years of operation in IT industry, Hai Phong city delegation expects to have a clearer view on the role of digital transformation, experience and learnt lessons from ministries/departments/areas, meanwhile, be able to select the best digital transformation solutions platforms with the fastest speed of deployment.

Representing FPT to welcome and discuss with leaders and officials of Hai Phong city, Mr. Duong Dung Trieu, Chairman of FPT Information System Co., Ltd. In the group of Infrastructure and Security solutions, Mr. Tuan affirms that FPT currently owns one of the largest and most advanced Data centers in the country, meanwhile, FPT IS has also risen to become No.1 system integrator in Vietnam after 28 years of establishment and development.

In the group of Shared software and platforms, FPT has been providing a series of software and applications, which are integrated with different technologies and easy to use on both web and mobile platforms, for state agencies, organizations, people and enterprises. Typical solutions include Digital office suite, Digital district solution, FPT.LGSP local government service platform, FPT.Fortuna data integration and processing platform. Mr. Tuan affirms that the quality of FPT’s shared platforms and software has clearly been demonstrated via a large number of successful projects, including the project to implement a document management system and electronic one-stop-shop mechanism in Hai Phong city.
