Recently, at Vietnam Labour Law Conference 2023, FPT Information System Corporation (FPT IS) has presented multiple proposals on adopting technologies to create digital experiences for HR management, thereby building a happy workplace.

Mr. Quan has also suggested ways to help businesses master ChatGPT, create convenience for the employers, candidates and HR staff, and ensure information security as well as ethical factors in managing and optimizing the human resources.
