At the seminar, Associate Professor, Doctor Le Van Truyen – Senior Pharmacologist, Former Deputy Minister of Health – argues that digital transformation in professional pharmaceutical distribution activities is a necessary and long-term direction to enhance competitive advantages as well as drug quality for better patients’ health. The pharmaceutical sector has many specialized management regulations that require strict compliance with the laws. Therefore, it is necessary to change and overcome the “fears”, otherwise businesses will be “left behind”.
For the transformation to be conducted effectively, leaders of pharmaceutical businesses need to set out clear strategies and roadmaps to enhance production capacity, customer access, sales, and number of loyal customers. Based on extensive experience drawn from approximately 30 years of establishment and operation, FPT IS is always ready to accompany pharmaceutical businesses to create breakthroughs with the power of technologies, thereby improving the quality of medical examination, treatment, and healthcare for the people.
