FPT IS employees united in co-creating “The Next” at the 2023 Alưi Parus Employee Recognition Awards Ceremony

At the end of April, FPT IS hosted an event called Alưi Parus to recognize the best individuals and groups of 2023 in Phan Thiet City – Binh Thuan Province. During the three days of the event, FPT IS personnel engaged in many fascinating and meaningful activities that evoked a wide range of emotions. This demonstrated their determination to co-create “The Next” – a new era of technology-based processes and futures.

Alưi Parus is an annual event that FPT IS has been organizing since 2016 to honor individuals and teams that have strived to achieve many outstanding achievements throughout the year. Inspired by Russian writer Aleksandr Grin’s classic literature book “Alưi Parus – The Scarlet Sails”, the event’s name signifies dedication and a strong belief in pursuing one’s goals.

Alui Parus 2023 honored 46 individuals and 18 excellent teams for their continuous innovation and contributions over the past year to bring outstanding achievements to FPT IS. The honoring ceremony was conducted solemnly through the following chapters: Dare to dream, dare to learn, dare to fail, dare to change, and dare to win left participants with a wealth of unforgettable emotions.

“Three Champions” – Top three best FPT IS employees honored at Alưi Parus 2023.

In particular, the Organizing Committee gave the most special awards to the “Three Champions” – Top three best employees of 2023. This year’s “FPT First Runner-up” and “FPT IS Champion” is Mr. Nguyen The Cuong – General Director of Investment and Development of National E-Procurement System Company Limited. Mr. Cuong and his team have made efforts to build, manage and operate the eGP system to solve major problems in the field of public investment and capital disbursement, affirming the reputation and quality of the “Made by FPT” products and services.

Thanks to her eagerness and enthusiasm in business, Ms. Ngo Thi Cam Tien – Account Manager, Enterprise Sector, FPT IS won the title of “First runner-up”. Mr. Nguyen Manh Dan, Head of Treasury Department, was awarded “Second runner-up”. He is a prime example of the spirit of creativity and innovation in processes and operations to maximize efficiency.

Speaking at the ceremony, FPT IS Chairman Mr. Tran Dang Hoa stated: “The Next is a new journey, a new life, a new future that we never would have imagined possible, but which will be opened by the unwavering dedication and strong faith of the FPT IS people. I hope that everyone here, especially the FPT IS people, will experience their own The Next.”

We bring FPT’s gene set – a leading technology company, with a bold gene that dares to win – an important factor to create The Next”, Mr. Nguyen Hoang Minh – Chief Executive Officer of FPT IS emphasized at the event.

FPT IS members engaged in meaningful and unique experiences for 3 days.

In addition to the emotional recognition ceremony, more than 120 FPT IS employees participating in Alưi Parus this year shared in other significant and unique experiences, such as: planting over 300 trees on the edge of the Bau Trang sand dunes in cooperation with the Binh Thuan Provincial Youth Union to help prevent landslides and improve the ecological environment; joining team building activities in the Bau Trang desert, which is referred to as Vietnam’s “mini-Saharan desert”, where participants were challenged to not use cell phones, to march on while knowing nothing about the destination or its obstacles; hand-drawing sand paintings that represent the company’s future goals; and enjoying and taking part in Champa art performances.

Through the activities at Alưi Parus this year, FPT IS employees showed the spirit of overcoming obstacles and moving forward to accomplish the “Co-create The Next” strategy that FPT IS set out from 2024 in celebration of the company’s 30th anniversary.
