Recently, HR Asia – Asia’s Most Authoritative Publication for HR Professionals – has honored and given awards for FPT Information System Corporation (FPT IS) in two categories including “2023 Best Company To Work For In Asia” and “2023 Digital Transformation”. The awards are absolute recognition for FPT IS’ efforts in developing a system of initiatives regarding HR policies and corporate culture, creating a happy working environment, and optimizing employee experience on every touch point.

FPT IS has gone through assessment rounds in accordance with international standards, which include independent research on the prestige of candidate companies with outstanding working environment conducted by HR Asia Research Department. Accordingly, FPT IS fully meets all the strict criteria applicable to major HR markets in Asia, which are: CORE (Corporate core values), SELF (Personal values), and GROUP (Group values).
