FPT IS is ready to partner with enterprises to develop human resources with AI
On July 13, FPT IS coordinated with Vietnam Human Resources Association (VNHR) to organize a workshop titled “Re-think about Learning with AI”. The event attracted approximately 100 attendants who are directors, department heads, human resources and training experts from multi-disciplinary enterprises and organizations.
At the workshop, speakers provided an overview of AI-, VR/AR-powered human resource training and development tailored for companies’ capacity optimization and employees’ work efficiency enhancement.
Mr. Nguyen Duc Minh Quan, Director of Smart Solution Development at FPT IS and member of VNHR’s HRTech Advisory Board, introduced the latest AI technologies and effective methods for applying AI in businesses. According to Mr. Quan, AI is capable of designing course structures, creating lecture scripts/assessment questions, producing new ideas/lessons, reminding and supporting learners in completing assignments, etc.

Mr. Phan Ho Ha Phuong, Director of AI Solutions at FPT Smart Cloud, presented the leading-edge AI technologies that can be widely adopted in human resource management process. Mr. Phuong also introduced FPT AI Mentor, a solution that accompanies and guides learners through a detailed, personalized training path.
Along with AI, training via Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) technologies is emerging as a new trend, making training more intuitive and effective compared to traditional methods. According to Mr. Do Son Tung, Technology Director of the Enterprise Metaverse Platform, akaVerse, at FPT IS, VR Training enables learners to immerse themselves in 3D virtual contexts yet experience the real feeling via VR Headsets. Meanwhile, AR Training reaches learners through more popular mobile devices such as smartphones, tablets, and so on, providing remote learning support with intuitive 3D models. These training methods can become effective assistants for companies in diverse industries such as Manufacturing, Automotive, Healthcare, Aviation, and others, addressing various challenges in organization of training at enterprises (high training costs, expensive training equipment, training content difficult to reproduce in real life, and so forth).

Through his talk on “New thinking in Organizational – Team – Human capacity development strategy”, Mr. Nguyen Anh Hung, Founder & CEO of CBV Group, highlighted the new priorities and balance points in strategies for developing organizational and team capacity, systematic and highly effective capacity development models, the 5N principles of Changing thinking – Developing capacity – Transforming actions as well as factors that determine success.
At the Discussion session within the framework of the workshop, speakers and guests discussed practical situations in human resource training and development, strategic thinking in business leadership and learning and development (L&D) strategy, and so on, which empower enterprises to create breakthroughs in human resource training and development by leveraging modern technologies such as AI, VR/AR, consequently laying a solid foundation for evolutionary business advancements.
