FPT IS successfully deploys FPT.Provisioning Gateway for Vietnamobile

Recently, the FPT.Provisioning Gateway system deployed by FPT IS for Vietnamobile Telecommunications Joint Stock Company (Vietnamobile) has been officially brought into operation. This helps reduce operational costs while unlocking new opportunities for integrating various systems within Vietnamobile’s software ecosystem.
The FPT.Provisioning Gateway system includes two main components: a Provisioning module, which replaces Ericsson’s EMA system (performing service fulfillment using ZTE equipment), and an Enterprise Application Integration module, which replaces TIBCO BusinessWorks (performing process automation). The partner ZTE was directly involved in the core network infrastructure transformation, with collaboration of Vietnamobile’s technical teams in testing and integrating all application components into the new system.

The highlight of this project is the successful replacement of the existing large-scale TIBCO BusinessWorks system with the FPT.Provisioning Gateway. This transition not only reduces operational costs, meets Vietnamobile’s stringent requirements but also enhances the potential for future system integrations within Vietnamobile’s software ecosystem. Officially launched on August 13, the FPT.Provisioning Gateway is now ready to serve millions of Vietnamobile customers, and handle up to 1,200 transactions per second.
This successful deployment of the FPT.Provisioning Gateway for Vietnamobile is a clear demonstration of FPT IS’s efforts in continuously improving and advancing technology solutions that meet all needs of both domestic and international clients.
