FPT IS takes part in the biggest HR Conference in 2022 as Gold Partner

On September 15, FPT Information System Corporation (FPT IS) has participated in VNHR Summit 2022 with the theme of “Reinvent to grow”. The event has been organized by Vietnam Human Resources Association (VNHR), attended by approximately 1,000 business leaders and HR specialists. From the event, FPT IS has officially become Gold partner in VNHR’s activities until October 2023.

VNHR Summit 2022 is a place to discuss ways for companies to “reinvent” human resources after the pandemic with new solutions and working models, appropriate to the needs of employees. Accordingly, FPT IS has presented the “Made by FPT IS” technology product ecosystem to a large number of attendees of the event.

FPT IS officially becomes Gold partner in VNHR’s activities from September 2022 to October 2023.

Specifically, FPT.iHRP has been continuously researched and developed by FPT IS during the past 20 years with major management modules such as Human Resources, System, Salary/Bonus, General Affairs, Attendance, Insurance, Training, Tax, Mobility, AI Chatbot, MSS (Manager Self Services), Reward and Penalty, Recruitment, etc. The solution aims to provide customers not only a comprehensive digital transformation solution for HR work, but also an advanced HR management process and method drawn from experience in project implementation and consulting for leading companies in Vietnam. FPT.iHRP has been a helpful “assistant” for more than 350 companies with more than 500,000 users (including approximately 5,000 HR employees).

FPT.eContract is the first solution in Vietnam to automate the contract signing process in an electronic environment with complete legality and confidentiality. Companies and organizations can create, modify, approve and store contracts on a single platform any time, anywhere. According to some studies, from the end of 2021, the pandemic has produced a strong impact on the working habits of employees. In the new normal period, most companies have decided to adopt a hybrid working model. According to a survey by Wakefield, 47% of employees say they would consider new job opportunities if their current companies refuse to adopt hybrid working.
