FPT IS upgrades Exadata server for HDBank
Recently, FPT Information System Corporation (FPT IS) has completed the upgrade of Exadata server for Ho Chi Minh City Development Joint Stock Commercial Bank (HDBank), helping to optimize the operation of the database, contributing to enhancing operational efficiency at the bank.
Accordingly, FPT IS has installed and upgraded Exadata server system including 2 computer nodes, 1 storage node at a DR in Ho Chi Minh City and a DC in Bien Hoa City (Dong Nai), optimizing the new system and adjusting data after the upgrade at both sites, meanwhile, configured ZS9-2 log storage and data backup system for Exadata.
The upgrade helps HDBank optimize database operations and enhance operational efficiency at the bank.
During the upgrade, FPT IS has also instructed HDBank staff to operate the system. After the upgrade is completed, both sides have together conducted the monitoring and optimization of database operation, and officially finished the project on schedule.
The project continues to strengthen the cooperation relationship between FPT IS and HDBank, meanwhile, affirms the quality of services deployed by FPT IS, thereby opening up further opportunities between the company and banks in particular and enterprises in general with regards to digital transformation.
