FPT IS upgrades HR management software for Nam A Bank
Recently, FPT Information System Corporation (FPT IS) and Nam A Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Nam A Bank) have jointly kicked off a project to upgrade the Human resources and payroll management system (FPT.iHRP), aiming to deliver new digital experiences, increase the cohesion and satisfaction of the employees, and enhance operational efficiency at the bank.
“We have researched many HR management software providers in the market based on criteria such as company brand, advancement of the solutions, price…, and decided to choose FPT IS because of FPT.iHRP solution’s features, which fully align with the requirements of Nam A Bank, and FPT’s in-depth understanding of the bank’s problems.
Over the past 13 years, FPT.iHRP has implemented an advanced HR management method with many preeminent features for Nam A Bank. However, responding to the current context of digital transformation and the continuous development of technologies, Nam A Bank is in need to upgrade and standardize the processes, and connect the HR management system with existing systems of the bank for operational optimization. This project with FPT IS will be a special step forward for Nam A Bank on the digital transformation journey in general and HR strategy in particular”, said Mr. Nguyen Vinh Tuyen – Deputy General Director of Nam A Bank – at the event.

Accordingly, FPT IS will perform upgrades for the following modules of the FPT.iHRP software: Personal services; System management; Salary and PIT management; HR, recruitment and training management; Insurance management; Time attendance management, serving more than 2,000 users at Nam A Bank. The new system will help the bank optimize the work of HR management, reduce costs and time, enhance the efficiency of information discovery, while ensuring complete legal validity and security.
