FPT IS upgrades the billing and customer management system for MobiFone
FPT IS recently completed an upgrade of the billing and customer management system for MobiFone, enhancing the company’s interaction capabilities with Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNOs) and infrastructure lessees, thereby optimizing operations and elevating the customer experience.
Accordingly, FPT IS upgraded the functions of MobiFone’s billing and customer management system to meet data authorization by users. The upgraded system also supports various operations related to SIM cards, subscriber numbers, connectivity, subscriber information changes, package registration, and customer feedback management. Additionally, FPT IS provided MobiFone with system-related services such as installation, training, technology transfer, and a 12-month technical support warranty.
The upgraded billing and customer management system enables MobiFone to optimize operations and enhance the customer experience.
With the upgraded billing and customer management system, MobiFone can now simplify data authorization according to user requirements, ensuring secure and efficient data management while improving service quality and customer experience.
