FPT IS welcomes AIViec – a new technology “core” accelerating the X-tech product ecosystem strategy
On March 27, 2026, the kick-off ceremony for the AIViec Project (2026–2028 phase) was held, marking the official integration of the AIViec Ecosystem—a comprehensive solution for enterprises, from candidate matching to recruitment performance management—into FPT IS, following its incubation at FPT Corporation’s Technology Division. The event opens a new development phase for the product while reaffirming the strategic direction of completing the “Made by FPT IS” technology product ecosystem in the HR-Tech domain.

Mr. Tran Dang Hoa, Chairman of FPT IS, FPT Corporation, expressed his expectation that AIViec will build on the success of other “Made by FPT IS” products and achieve strong commercialization. According to him, AIViec’s integration into FPT IS further reinforces FPT’s X-tech product ecosystem strategy, while enabling the product to get closer to customers and the market, thereby accelerating its refinement and scalability.

Mr. Vu Anh Tu – Chief Executive Officer of FPT UAV, FPT Corporation – who has accompanied AIViec since its early days – extended his congratulations to the project team and affirmed that AIViec’s move to its “new home” at FPT IS is a well-suited step for its development as a fully commercial product. According to him, the product-driven environment at FPT IS, along with its extensive customer network and professional sales and delivery system, will enable AIViec to accelerate market expansion and further enhance its product ecosystem.
Ms. Le Bich Ngoc shared the development direction of AIViec for the 2026–2028 period
Sharing the vision and development direction for 2026–2028, Ms. Le Bich Ngoc, representing the Board of Management of the AIViec Platform Development Center, stated the goal of positioning the platform as Vietnam’s number one in terms of job transaction volume, building an end-to-end recruitment ecosystem that effectively connects businesses and job seekers through artificial intelligence. AIViec’s mission is to help enterprises hire the right people at scale, while enabling individuals to access the right opportunities and develop their careers in a fast, transparent, and efficient manner.
iViec (now AIViec) was initiated in 2016 with the mission of digitizing FPT’s internal recruitment processes. In 2021, the project was relaunched as one of the Corporation’s key initiatives under the “Nhat Lam” program, and by 2023 began accelerating the application of AI to address complex talent acquisition challenges. Over time, the platform has been adopted by 8 out of 9 FPT member companies, as well as many large enterprises, gradually forming a comprehensive recruitment ecosystem—from candidate matching to recruitment performance management.

AIViec’s official integration into FPT IS not only marks a major milestone for the platform itself but also contributes to completing the strategic product portfolio within FPT IS’s X-tech ecosystem, as well as strengthening its capability to develop and master core technologies. In the context of accelerating HR digital transformation, AIViec is expected to become a powerful tool enabling organizations to hire the right people quickly, transparently, and effectively—thereby enhancing competitiveness and supporting sustainable growth.
