FPT launches a project to upgrade and expand Da Nang city’s Data Center
Recently, FPT and Da Nang city have jointly launched a project to upgrade and expand Da Nang city’s Data Center towards smart city development, continuing to affirm the commitment of companionship between FPT and the city in the journey of digital transformation.
Accordingly, FPT will upgrade and expand Da Nang city’s Data Center, specifically: infrastructure upgrade; IT equipment and management software upgrade; deployment of AI, Cloud services… The new Data Center is expected to contribute significantly to the development of IT infrastructure in Da Nang, better serving the people and businesses in the city.

At the beginning of the ceremony, Mr. Pham Duc Nguyen Hao, Deputy General Director of Da Nang management board for infrastructure construction and urban development investment project, provides general information about the project in terms of major focuses and goals. He also expects that, with FPT’s extensive capabilities and expertise, the project will be delivered on schedule.
Mr. Le Son Phong, Deputy Director of the Department of Information and Communications of Da Nang city, expects that the relevant parties will coordinate properly to tackle challenges and put the project into effective operations.
