FPT Launches FPT.eContract (Kyta Signature) Module Implementation Project for Xanh SM – GSM
Recently, FPT officially launched the project to implement the FPT.eContract module, part of Kyta Signature (one of the solutions of the Kyta Platform), with Xanh SM, the first all-electric taxi company in Vietnam. This event marks a new milestone for the Made by FPT solution, opening up opportunities for the digitization of human resource management and operational processes in the logistics industry in Vietnam.
FPT and Xanh SM have officially kicked off the project to implement the FPT.eContract module.
Accordingly, the implementation of the FPT.eContract solution will apply to important contracts of Xanh SM – GSM, such as: employment contracts, training and probation contracts, appendices, decisions, and meeting minutes. It is expected that the Made by FPT solution will be used to complete various contracts for customers with over 250,000 drivers each year.
FPT.eContract will help Xanh SM reduce contract processing time while ensuring transparency and providing the company with a safe and legal signing method on a unified platform. The implementation of the FPT.eContract solution not only helps Xanh SM enhance management efficiency but also demonstrates FPT’s commitment to accompany Vietnamese businesses on their digital transformation journey.
The project is expected to become a standard model widely applied in international markets.
Not only limited to the domestic scope, the project is also anticipated to become a standard model, paving the way for Xanh SM to expand widely into international markets.
Xanh SM – Green and Smart Mobility Joint Stock Company (GSM) is the world’s first platform for green vehicle rentals and electric ride-hailing services.
Xanh SM primarily operates in two areas: electric ride-hailing services and the rental of electric cars and motorcycles, with an investment scale of 20.000 cars and 60.000 motorcycles. Xanh SM also rents electric cars and motorcycles to transport companies to meet the demand for green transportation among passengers.
