FPT proposes Khanh Hoa province to take the people as the core to conduct digital transformation
Attending Khanh Hoa Province’s Digital Transformation Seminar on May 16, FPT Corporation has brought to local departments and enterprises the most advanced digital transformation solutions, and proposed methods of transformation specific to the characteristics of the province.
Speaking at the opening of the seminar, Mr. Dinh Van Thieu, Vice Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee, says, Khanh Hoa Province’s Digital Transformation Seminar 2022 is organized to popularize the digital transformation policy of the Party and the Government, as well as and the province’s plan, goals, and solutions on digital transformation in 2021-2025 period, with a vision to 2030. The seminar is also an opportunity for large IT corporations and enterprises to demonstrate their technology solutions for the development of digital government, digital economy and digital society, thereby helping local departments, organizations, enterprises get access to advanced solutions, effectively conducting digital transformation one step at a time, delivering additional benefits to the people.
Representing FPT to attend the Seminar, Mr. Nguyen Hong Hai, Product Manager, Technology and Solution Department, FPT Information System Co., Ltd., has delivered a presentation on “People-centric social digital transformation – Some initiatives by FPT Corporation”. Mr. Hai says, three key goals of the National Digital Transformation Program for the period of 2021-2025, with a vision to 2030, are to develop digital government, digital economy and digital society. To help state agencies and enterprises achieve the goals, FPT has been developing solutions and implementing digital transformation projects based on its self-research methodology (FPT Digital Kaizen) with a 3S principle (Strategy – Think Big; Smart – Start Smart; Scale – Scale Fast).

Particularly, Mr. Hai emphasizes the role of the people, of a digital citizen in digital transformation in general and digital society in particular, meanwhile, mentions 9 major factors contributing to the development of digital citizenship, including: accessibility, e-commerce, digital communication, spirit of digital citizenship, digital education, digital health, digital law & legal infrastructure, citizenship rights & responsibilities, security & privacy. Mr. Hai then presents to the guests a series of advanced solutions by FPT Corporation in the development of digital citizenship, such as Digital citizen application, Digital social information collection system, Smart hospital management system FPT.eHospital 2.0+, Digital school management solution, Sendo e-commerce platform, etc.
Based on careful research on the characteristics of Khanh Hoa province, Mr. Hai has made a number of proposals to help the province conduct digital transformation in a quick and effective way, such as strengthened communication, awareness training on digital transformation, development of open data warehouses, pilot implementation of a number of digital platforms, etc.

In addition to Mr. Nguyen Hong Hai’s presentation, in the morning session for the guests from state agencies, FPT has introduced a series of solutions in the fields of Digital government, Digital health, Digital education, Smart transportation, such as FPT.BI, Smart Tra Vinh application, District 7 public service application, etc., in the exhibition area of the seminar.
In the afternoon session with the participation of enterprises in Khanh Hoa province, products under the Digital enterprise suite including electronic contract (FPT.eContract), electronic invoice (FPT.eInvoice), digital signature (FPT.CA), automatic invoice processing and management solution (FPT Digital Accounting), business administration suite (Base.vn), etc. has also drawn great attention.

Previously, in January 2022, Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee and FPT Corporation have signed a cooperation agreement to promote comprehensive digital transformation in 2021-2025 period, aiming to make Khanh Hoa soon become one of the leading provinces in the country in digital transformation with three major pillars of Digital government – Digital economy – Digital society.
