This year’s Congress holds profound significance, marking 80 years of building, fighting, and maturing of the People’s Public Security Forces under the leadership of the Party. It also represents a new phase of development for both the Party Organization and the entire force, aimed at achieving peace, stability, sustainable and high-quality development, and improved living standards for all citizens.

As part of the event, at the exhibition booth of the Police Department for Administrative Management of Social Order (C06), FPT was honored to be among the technology enterprises showcasing standout digital solutions, including the Vietnam Epidemiological and Pharmaceutical Map, FPT.IDCheck identity verification solution, and Smart Traffic applications — such as using the citizen ID card as a ticket for Metro Line No.1. These solutions demonstrate FPT’s commitment to accompanying the Ministry of Public Security in promoting digital utilities for citizens and enhancing state management efficiency through data-driven approaches.
The Vietnam Epidemiological and Pharmaceutical Map is an innovative tool developed by FPT to strengthen preventive healthcare and public health management through technology. The platform visualizes local medicine demand and forecasts potential disease outbreaks in real time, powered by reliable data sourced from over 2,200 FPT Long Chau pharmacies nationwide, currently serving more than 28 million citizens.

The system operates by securely collecting and anonymizing pharmaceutical purchase data from pharmacy chains and VNeID transactions, while connecting with the national population database to analyze and deliver accurate, real-time forecasts. The solution provides a dual benefit: for the Government, it supports preventive healthcare policymaking, optimizes drug distribution, and reduces public healthcare costs; for citizens, it enables access to appropriate medicines, promotes proactive disease prevention, and lowers personal medical expenses.
Notably, starting from January 1, 2025, citizens will be able to purchase medicines online via VNeID, marking a new milestone in the digitalization of healthcare services and bringing technology closer to everyday life.
In parallel, FPT.IDCheck – FPT’s chip-based ID verification solution – has been developed in partnership with the Ministry of Public Security as part of Project 06 on the development of the national population, identification, and e-authentication database. The solution, officially licensed to connect directly with the Ministry’s population database, integrates advanced technologies such as AI, Big Data, NFC, and biometrics to enable fast, accurate, and secure digital identity verification via chip-based citizen ID cards.
FPT.IDCheck directly cross-checks ID card information with original data from the C06 Department, ensuring absolute authenticity, anti-counterfeiting, and maximum security. This allows citizens to complete identity verification within seconds when using services in banking, healthcare, education, insurance, and online public administration, reducing fraud risks and enhancing the overall user experience.

To date, FPT.IDCheck has processed more than 25 million authentication requests and a total of 100 million transactions, earning the trust of over 200 organizations nationwide. The solution plays a vital role in strengthening the reliability of online services, accelerating the development of a secure and sustainable digital government and digital economy in Vietnam.
In addition, the Smart Traffic – Metro Line No. 1 solution marks a major milestone in applying national population data under Project 06 to real-life services. On Ho Chi Minh City’s Metro Line No. 1 (Ben Thanh – Suoi Tien), passengers can use their chip-based citizen ID cards to verify identity and pass through fare gates quickly, replacing traditional cards or paper tickets entirely.
The fare gate system is equipped with built-in citizen ID readers that connect directly to the national population database, enabling instant verification while ensuring transparency, safety, and data security. This helps passengers travel more conveniently, reduce wait times at gates, and enjoy an enhanced public transport experience.
Currently serving over 120,000 trips per day, the system contributes to the digitalization of transportation infrastructure, optimizing metro operations, and creating the foundation for multi-service connectivity through a single digital identity on VNeID, advancing toward a smart, modern, and sustainable urban model.
FPT takes pride in partnering with the Ministry of Public Security through a public–private collaboration model to research, develop, and deploy practical technology solutions that promote the implementation of Project 06 on national population, identification, and e-authentication data. Through these real-world applications, FPT not only reaffirms its role as a leading Vietnamese technology enterprise driving national digital transformation but also supports the Ministry in realizing the goals of Resolution 57-NQ/TW, building a secure, modern, and sustainable digital government, digital society, and digital citizenship.
