FPT’s corporate culture shared at the Corporate Governance and Cultural Journey Conference at EVNHCMC
On the morning of April 5, FPT IS participated as a guest and Digital Transformation consulting partner for Ho Chi Minh City Power Corporation (EVNHCMC) in the Corporate Governance and Cultural Journey Conference at EVNHCMC headquarters. Representative of FPT IS, Mr. Phan Thanh Son – EVP & Chief Business Development Officer, delivered a speech titled “Key factors that predispose FPT leaders and the team they lead to successfully create a strong corporate culture in the era of Digital Transformation”, and shared FPT’s experience in fostering its unique corporate culture.

The conference was organized to report and summarize the corporate governance work and corporate culture of EVNHCMC in the period 2016-2023, as well as identifying existing problems, root causes, and lessons learned, and set directions and tasks until 2025, with a vision to 2030.
Mr. Pham Quoc Bao, Chairman of the Members’ Council of EVNHCMC, expressed his expectation that the valuable information shared at the event about corporate governance and corporate culture could be referred to and applied to EVNHCMC’s operations.
According to Mr. Bao, the Member’s Council and Board of Directors of EVNHCMC have been putting in major effort to work towards the goal of effective and sustainable corporate governance, and have implemented it with multiple flexible and effective solutions that are suitable to EVNHCMC’s operations over the years. He hoped that each member of EVNHCMC’s Board of Directors and leaders of its affiliated companies will always be ready and determined to innovate, and as a result, come up with ideas, initiatives, and solutions to foster innovation and improve corporate governance throughout EVNHCMC.
