Ha Giang organizes a contest to study digital transformation based on FPT IS’s technology platform
On the morning of September 8, an online quiz contest about digital transformation in Ha Giang province has been launched by the Provincial Steering Committee for Digital Transformation, aiming to raise awareness of civil servants and people about digital transformation. The online quiz system is developed based on Khaothi.Online platform of FPT Information System Corporation (FPT IS).

At the launching ceremony, Deputy Secretary of Ha Giang Provincial Party Committee Mr. Nguyen Manh Dung emphasizes that digital transformation is inevitable, creating opportunities but also challenges, and no organization, agency or locality can resist. On the basis of the cooperation agreement, the Provincial Digital Transformation Steering Committee has cooperated with FPT to actively and proactively perform the task of digital transformation in the province in accordance with the set roadmap, including completion of the online quiz software to study digital transformation. This is an innovative and creative content, contributing to promoting propaganda, raising awareness and skills about digital transformation among all classes of people in the province.
Developed based on advanced 4.0 technologies such as AI, Big Data, Cloud Computing, etc., FPT IS’s Khaothi.Online platform is a suite of tools to help comprehensively manage the work of examination and evaluation, from building quiz and exam banks to organizing contests as well as processing post-contest data.

Civil servants and people can visit https://tracnghiem.hagiang.gov.vn/ to participate in the online quiz to study Ha Giang province’s digital transformation. The quiz will be held for 4 weeks, from September 8 to October 5, 2022 with questions related to knowledge, skills, and effective solutions to spread digital transformation, contributing to successfully implementing Resolution No. 18 of the Provincial Party Executive Committee as well as the “National Digital Transformation Program to 2025, with orientation to 2030”. Those participating in the contest include cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, soldiers of the armed forces, members of unions, entrepreneurs working and living in the province, all classes of people living and working inside and outside the province. The board of organizers also encourage people outside the province and interested foreigners to participate in the contest.
Before organizing the contest to study the province’s digital transformation, Ha Giang has also adopted FPT IS’s Khaothi.Online to launch a number of smaller-scale contests such as 2022 Summer political training course, Contest to study the resolution of Ha Giang’s Provincial Executive Party Committee term XVII, etc. Adopting technologies to implement quiz contests and exams not only helps agencies and organizations in Ha Giang save costs and time, but also delivers higher training and propaganda efficiency compared to the traditional method, thereby contributing to affirming Ha Giang’s pioneering position and determination in implementing digital transformation with the power of technologies.
Previously, on June 23, 2021, Ha Giang Provincial People’s Committee and FPT Corporation have signed a cooperation agreement, with the goal to promote comprehensive and entire digital transformation from state agencies to enterprises and people in the province for the period of 2021 – 2025, on ways of living and working, production and consumption methods, soon turning Ha Giang into a center of digital transformation in northern mountainous area. Meanwhile, FPT Corporation will support Ha Giang to actively participate in Industry 4.0, develop a digital platform for multi-dimension interconnection, enhance efficiency of management and administration of the Party Committee and authorities at all levels in the province.
