Internal: Product Day – FPT cultivates innovation DNA through signature event series

With its strategic vision to become a product-oriented enterprise, FPT has continuously fostered a culture of innovation through initiatives like the Product Day series—held across both the Group level and its subsidiaries. The most recent event, themed “Product Sync – Sell Faster,” served as a dynamic platform to exchange practical insights, bridge the gap between product development and sales teams, and push Made by FPT products further into the market. This initiative aligns with the spirit of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW on strengthening national technological autonomy.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Đỗ Sơn Giang – Senior Executive Vice President of FPT IS, FPT Corporation – emphasized that despite market fluctuations, the Group continues to see strong momentum in commercializing Made by FPT solutions. A number of products such as FPT.eSign, VioEdu, Kyta Platform, and FPT eID are gaining widespread adoption and trust among corporate clients. These successes underscore the Group’s determination to create competitive Vietnamese tech products on the global digital map.

Alongside product development and market expansion, a critical success factor lies in the operational understanding across teams—from product creators to sales representatives. Mr. Trần Tuấn Anh – Product Director of FPT IS, FPT Corporation, remarked: “For a product to win the market’s approval, the product and sales teams must share a common core capability: deep understanding of the solution they represent.” He also introduced the sales motto “Clear – Simple – Approachable”, advocating for streamlined processes and closer connections between teams and customers.

When both development and sales teams speak the same language, products can not only reach the market faster but also evolve more effectively based on real-world feedback—laying the foundation for sustainable competitiveness of Made by FPT offerings.

During the event, standout product leaders shared battle-tested stories from their go-to-market journeys. Notably, Mr. Đào Trọng Nguyện – MBF Business Development Director of Enterprise Sector FPT IS, FPT Corporation, outlined a 4-step sales support process:Understand the product;Identify potential clients; Assess client needs; Apply strong sales techniques. From these practices, he highlighted Made by FPT’s competitive advantages: brand reputation, deployment experience, expert teams, quality certifications and processes, excellent service, and differentiation in offering comprehensive digital transformation platforms with low-code/no-code capabilities and system integration ease.

Key product directors sharing at the event

Mr. Lê Trung Hiếu, representing the Kyta Platform (a full-stack solution for digital identity and e-signatures), stressed the vital role of UI/UX in sales, likening it to an “invisible yet effective sales assistant.” Meanwhile, Ms. Nguyễn Thị Thoại Anh showcased the impact of PROCUVA in digitizing internal procurement, and Mr. Phạm Xuân Trường, Product Director of GeoBase Cloud (a geospatial data platform), impressed attendees—especially sellers looking for standout features to pitch to clients.

The Product Day series is part of FPT’s broader efforts to instill a spirit of intrapreneurship and innovation DNA within the company. Over the years, FPT has invested heavily in building a robust innovation ecosystem—including financial and human capital support for R&D. A hallmark of this is the iKhiến innovation program, which has attracted 9,389 initiatives, boosted productivity by 30% annually, and generated over VND 865 billion in 2024 alone.

Through its deep-rooted innovation DNA, FPT reaffirms its strong commitment to delivering Make in Vietnam – Made by FPT products, contributing to the technological self-reliance envisioned in Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW.
