Mavin Group launches MyMavin application developed by FPT IS
On April 26, Mavin Group has held a ceremony to officially launch the MyMavin application, an internal software for employees in the company. The application has been developed and deployed by FPT Information System Company Corporation (FPT IS) in 170 days.
MyMavin is an important milestone in the first 5-year digital transformation program (2019 – 2023) of Mavin Group. The application helps to digitalize and connect Mavin employees, and spread Mavin’s corporate culture. By implementing MyMavin, Mavin has affirmed its position as one of the pioneering enterprises in the agricultural sector to build applications for the employees to interact with the employer.

The major functions on MyMavin 1.0 include:
- News update to the employees: the latest activities of the Group, announcements, or new policies
- Rewards and penalties: allowing management levels to timely recognize their subordinates’ efforts and implement penalties when necessary
- Suggestions/Requests for support: allowing employees to express their thoughts and expectations to higher levels; helping management levels listen to and gather feedback from employees
- Community: a Mavin’s social network that connects employees across Mavin
After 170 days of implementation, Mavin and FPT IS have successfully launched an internal software that offers many helpful features. The application has been installed by more than 2,000 Mavin employees and is highly appreciated for the benefits it delivers.

According to Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan – Deputy General Director of Mavin Group, Mavin currently has more than 2,000 employees working in offices, factories, and farms across the country. Therefore, the company has been in need of a channel for all employees to exchange opinions and views and interact with each other anytime, anywhere. MyMavin emerges not only as an internal software to connect the employees but also to arouse the pride of each and every one of them in the company, thereby building a sustainable Mavin family.
In the near future, FPT IS and Mavin will develop new features of MyMavin to better support Mavin employees in their work, such as Goal management, Task management, Electronic approval, E-Learning system integration, Initiatives and innovations… MyMavin aims to become a single portal to connect all applications designed for Mavin employees.
