MED GROUP strongly transforms with the Enterprise Resource Planning system deployed by FPT IS
On the afternoon of June 10, a seminar on “Digital transformation at MED GROUP with a comprehensive SAP ERP system for the period of 2022 – 2025” takes place with the participation of representatives of MED GROUP and FPT Corporation. The SAP ERP system, deployed at MED GROUP by FPT Information System Corporation (FPT IS) since the beginning of 2020, has been delivering practical benefits in operation and business at the Group.
At the seminar, Master Nguyen Thi Loan, Chief Accountant of MED GROUP, Head of ERP Project Department, reports on the progress of implementing SAP ERP system at the Group in phase 1 with orientation for phase 2. In the past 2 years, the system has gradually been helping MED GROUP control and exploit data in an effective way, enhancing labor productivity and quality of services to millions of customers every year.
From the experience gained after 2 years and in accordance with the Group’s orientation to 2025, the Project Department has made a number of proposals, mainly focusing on human resources, in order to ensure the progress and objectives of phase 2.
The SAP ERP project has gradually been delivering practical benefits in operation and business at MED GROUP.
At the event, Mr. Nguyen Tri Anh, General Director of MED GROUP, expresses his delight at initial achievements of the SAP ERP project and appreciation towards the efforts of the project teams of both sides. Mr. Tri Anh also expects that MED GROUP and FPT will continue to accompany each other in the digital transformation journey.
