On behalf of FPT, Chairman Truong Gia Binh expresses his honor to have the opportunity to cooperate with PC1. Mr. Binh discusses the factors that make digital transformation succeed, helping to tackle difficult problems such as doubling/quadrupling revenue without expanding human resources. Digital transformation formulas such as 3H, 3S, 3C in FPT Digital Kaizen methodology, accomplishments of days of FPT’s decent research, have also been presented by Mr. Binh. The methodology has been effectively deployed within the Corporation as well as thousands of Vietnamese and international companies. According to Mr. Binh, the most important thing in the strategy is that it should start from “Heart” (desire to conduct digital transformation), leading to “Head” (thinking about method to conduct digital transformation), and finally “Hand” (action). According to Mr. Nguyen Cuong Manh, Head of PC1’s Digital Transformation Department, great ambition which does not align with actual situation is the reason why 85% of companies have failed in digital transformation.
Mr. Truong Gia Binh – Chairman of FPT Corporation.
The meeting has been held in the form of an open talk session to encourage sharing and discussion, accompanied by FPT’s introduction of priority solutions to PC1 in the initial period. According to Mr. Trinh Van Tuan, PC1 has been possessing both knowledge and technology and is not merely a construction company. PC1 has set out a target to achieve superior digital maturity compared to other companies in the industry in the period of 2025-2030. The target is set on the basis of the Group’s current leading position in Vietnam in green energy development, EPC general contractor compliant to international standards, pioneering in developing Made-by-PC1 specialized and automatic digital products such as robot digging submarine cables in the sea, etc.
The meeting is held in the form of an open talk session.
To achieve the target, PC1 needs a partner to help “overcome barriers” regarding process, digital transformation roadmap, assessment of digital transformation efficiency, optimal allocation of digital transformation resources in terms of both quantity and quality, thereby allowing investment and business activities to develop in a proactive and creative way in a decent ecosystem.
Responding to the demands of PC1’s President, Mr. Truong Gia Binh and FPT’s experts have given the orientation to help PC1 “Think Big”, “Start Smart”, and “Scale Fast”. After the meeting, FPT and PC1 will continue to cooperate on a deeper and wider scale, determined to achieve the set goals of development.
At the end of the meeting, the two sides have jointly worked out a detailed working plan to implement a number of priority solutions to tackle PC1’s immediate problems.
