Phu Tai finalizes SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public documentation, laying a solid foundation for go-live phase

Phu Tai High-End Quartz Stone Co., Ltd. (PhuTai Quartz Stone – a subsidiary of Phu Tai Joint Stock Company) and FPT have officially signed the acceptance minutes for the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition solution, completing all related procedures on schedule as committed.

Phu Tai is among the few Public Cloud projects to complete the Blueprint phase within just two months of its launch. This impressive pace has earned high praise and satisfaction from the client following the successful completion of the project’s first two phases.

The implementation of the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public edition solution brings tangible value to Phu Tai. The system enables the enterprise to optimize operational processes, enhance production and business efficiency, and improve real-time data-driven decision-making capabilities. The project was launched with an initial survey phase beginning on February 15, 2025. By April 15, the team had completed the survey, analysis, and solution design phases. As one of the project’s most critical stages, it concluded successfully with the on-schedule signing of the acceptance report. According to plan, the system will officially go live on July 1.
