Shinhan Life Vietnam adopts FPT IS’ comprehensive human resource management ecosystem
Recently, FPT Information System Corporation (FPT IS) and Shinhan Life Vietnam Co., Ltd. have officially kickstarted a project to implement FPT.iHRP human resource and payroll management system, in order to deliver a “fresh new wind” for the work of human resource management at Shinhan Life Vietnam, thereby enhancing operational and business efficiency.
At the ceremony, Mr. Bae Seung Jun, Deputy General Director of Shinhan Life Vietnam, says: “After a thorough assessment of multiple suppliers, Shinhan Life Vietnam has decided to choose FPT IS to accompany the first project on digital transformation of human resource management. Hopefully, the system will allow us to manage human resources in a more effective way, enhance work performance and employees’ experience. I also expect that the cooperation between Shinhan Life Vietnam and FPT IS will continue and extend to many IT projects in the coming future”.

According to the agreement, FPT IS will deploy the FPT.iHRP system for Shinhan Life Vietnam with 10 modules: System administration, Human resources, Attendance management, Payroll, Tax finalization, Insurance, Personal services, MyHR mobility, Employee evaluation, HR dashboard.
In addition, Shinhan Life Vietnam also selects FPT IS’ Online training system (FPT.eLearning) and Business trip management software (FPT.eBizTrip) in order to build a comprehensive HR management ecosystem, promoting digital transformation process at the company and enhancing Shinhan Life Vietnam’s position in the Vietnamese insurance market.
The project is expected to open up many cooperation opportunities between the two companies.
