The Next for Enterprise – a solution suite that helps businesses “shape” new business and production models

At FPT Techday 2024, FPT officially launched the “The Next for Enterprise” solution suite, featuring three key products: Kyta Platform, FPT CX Suite, and VertZéro. This solution suite is designed to empower organizations and businesses to harness and master high-quality data, paving the way for digital production methods, accelerating business growth, and driving Vietnam’s progress in the new era.

Vietnam stands at the threshold of a new digital era, where data is regarded as a valuable national resource that must be harnessed and utilized to become a key driver of development in the digital age. “The challenge for organizations and businesses today is how to leverage high-quality data and integrate it into every aspect of their operations to effectively drive digital transformation and green transition”, shared Mr. Tran Tuan Anh, Chief Product Officer of FPT IS, FPT Corporation, at the launch event for the “The Next for Enterprise” solution suite.

Over the past 10 years, Vietnam’s digital economy has seen continuous growth in both infrastructure and business markets. The economy has witnessed the emergence of digitalization trends across various sectors, including banking, finance, commerce, education, healthcare,…Notably, the promotion of digital transactions and cross-border trading has stood out as a key driver, accelerating the expansion of the digital economy’s scale.

Currently, Vietnam records over 10 billion agreements or transactions annually. However, these processes are still largely manual or only partially digitalized. According to Mr. Tuan Anh, this leads to prolonged execution times and disruptions across various operational workflows, both within and outside businesses, ultimately slowing down the growth of the digital economy.

To accelerate growth and enhance operational efficiency, businesses need solutions that not only ensure fast processing speeds but also guarantee accuracy, security, and comprehensive data management. In this context, end-to-end digitalization of agreements emerges as the key to generating high-quality data and optimizing all processes, both internally and in transactions with partners and customers. Addressing these challenges, Kyta Platform was developed as a pioneering solution to completely transform the agreement process. From identification, negotiation, signing, and authentication to contract management, every step is conducted online. The platform is estimated to reduce operational costs by 80% and processing time by 90%, enabling seamless transactions anytime, anywhere. It offers flexible applications across various sectors, including finance, banking, insurance, manufacturing, and real estate. Kyta Platform has already been implemented by over 4500 clients, including leading enterprises such as Samsung, Unilever, and Sony. Securities companies use Kyta Platform as an onboarding gateway to elevate customer experiences, while agreements and contracts processed through the platform are certified by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, enhancing reliability and efficiency in service delivery.

Automating the Full Emissions Inventory Process – Empowering Businesses to Achieve Global Green Standards

In addition to business benefits, the ability to manage and analyze data is crucial for businesses in their green transformation, especially in controlling emissions requirements and maintaining competitiveness in the global market. Currently, Vietnam has committed to achieving net-zero emissions by 2050 at COP26, with the business community being an integral part of this commitment.

“However, currently, 71% of businesses lack the necessary data and greenhouse gas inventory processes, which means that emissions reporting largely relies on manual methods, leading to potential errors and consuming a lot of time”, Mr. Tuan Anh analyzed.

To address the challenges in green transformation, FPT has researched and developed Vietnam’s first carbon accounting software – VertZéro. The solution provides an automation platform for emissions inventory, ensuring compliance with international sustainability standards such as IPCC, GHG Protocol, and ISO 14067/14064. VertZéro eliminates complex manual steps, minimizes errors, and generates transparent, accurate emissions reports.

Currently, VertZéro provides over 90,000 emission factors, serving businesses in 190 countries and collaborating with more than 30 partners in the global green transformation ecosystem, from carbon credit exchanges to emission reduction solution providers. The solution helps optimize 80% of the reporting process and offers over 120 internationally recognized emission reduction solutions such as SBTi and MACC, enabling businesses to enhance their credibility, improve their competitive position, and expand their market reach.

VertZéro delivers a seamless experience in the emissions management process for businesses.

In addition, the solution utilizes AI and OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technology to analyze data and generate optimized emission reduction scenarios. This platform supports businesses in developing smart emission reduction roadmaps, combining business benefits with environmental responsibility. Easily integrated with existing CRM and ERP systems, VertZéro provides a seamless experience in emissions management processes for businesses. Previously, VertZéro had the opportunity to be trusted and chosen by Trần Đức Corporation, a leading company in Wood, Furniture, and Construction, to implement greenhouse gas inventory across the entire business. The project’s objectives were: First, to measure the electricity-saving efficiency of the Modulux house across different markets; second, to comprehensively measure emissions across all three scopes and apply carbon offsetting solutions; third, to work with Trần Đức to pioneer the creation of a NetZero factory within the industry. VertZéro applies AI and OCR technology to generate optimized emission reduction scenarios for businesses.

At FPT Techday 2024, FPT unveiled the first trial version of its SmartCare Hyper Automation customer care process, based on the integrating of RPA and GenAI technologies on the Portal platform. This solution aims to optimize customer care tasks and handle complaints – one of the most manual and complex processes for many businesses. The solution increases automation levels up to 95% across the entire process, which includes receiving and analyzing customer requests, developing solutions, and sending approval to customer care staff. It then automatically handles each step of order returns, creates orders, verifies, and inputs data into systems. With the launch of the “The Next for Enterprise” solution suite, FPT is committed to helping businesses harness the power of data and apply AI to drive twin transition: digital transformation and green transformation, enabling Vietnam to “shape” new business – production model for future growth.
