The sole representative from Vietnam was honored as SAP’s best partner of the Year
Recently, at the South East Asia Partner Success Summit 2024, FPT IS was the only Vietnamese company honored with three prestigious awards: Best Rise Partner, Best Midmarket Partner, and Best Partner of the Year. This recognition reaffirms FPT IS’s role as a leading technology partner, with over 20 years of experience working alongside SAP in consulting and implementing enterprise resource planning (ERP) services in Vietnam.
The South East Asia Partner Success Summit 2024 was organized to honor strategic business partners with outstanding achievements over the year. At the event, FPT IS was the sole Vietnamese representative to be simultaneously recognized with three major awards: Best Rise Partner, Best Midmarket Partner, and Best Partner of the Year. This marks the third consecutive year that FPT IS has received the Best Partner of the Year award, the highest honor awarded to partners with significant business accomplishments.

Specifically, the Best Rise Partner award recognizes the flexibility in business strategy and the solid consulting and implementation of SAP services, enabling FPT IS to quickly deploy “RISE with SAP” solution, SAP’s latest version, for various customers and industries. The Best Midmarket Partner award acknowledges FPT IS’s efforts in driving business, consulting, and implementing the best solutions for mid-sized enterprises at the most reasonable costs, contributing to the increase in revenue and the number of mid-sized enterprise customers for SAP. Finally, the Best Partner of the Year award recognizes sustainable development with SAP, comprehensive market development commitment, professional consulting team, and implementation quality of the company.

A key differentiating factor that allows FPT IS to successfully accompany many businesses in ERP implementation is its deep consulting expertise in various industries and thorough understanding of SAP solutions. Specifically, in the pharmaceutical management sector, FPT IS collaborated with GONSA to implement the SAP S/4HANA management system and automate processes with akaBot. The SAP S/4HANA system helps the company easily solve management issues in the pharmaceutical distribution and service industry and integrate the information chain within the company, enhancing operational efficiency and optimizing business processes. The digital management system has paved the way for GONSA’s operations, allowing for rapid reporting and calculations in minutes. For leadership, the system provides a visual overview of the company’s health, and for staff, it reduces repetitive tasks, increasing productivity.
In agriculture, FPT IS operates the SAP S/4HANA system, supporting nearly 100 Siba Food Vietnam stores in processing, portioning, and retailing food. The Rise with SAP S/4HANA solution is implemented in business operations such as financial and accounting management, sales management, and procurement management. Additionally, the solution is integrated with various systems such as POS cash registers in stores, SHB eBanking, FPT.eInvoice electronic invoicing, and the SAP Fiori platform in Siba Food stores. This enables Siba Food to build a 4.0 digital value chain for daily transactions in stores and offices, connecting every store nationwide.
In addressing specific challenges in management and production operations in the furniture industry, FPT IS collaborated with Tran Duc to implement SAP S/4HANA, helping the company aim for a 50-60% revenue growth target in 2024. With the Rise with SAP solution, including the SAP S/4HANA system, Tran Duc is provided with complete modules such as Sales Management, Procurement and Inventory Management, Production Management, Project Management, etc. As a result, Tran Duc has seen many positive outcomes. Data is centralized, allowing the management to grasp 100% of the business situation in real time, making timely and accurate strategic business decisions. The system can accurately measure 95% of material requirements, reducing order implementation time by 10%.
