The three suites of “Made by FPT IS” solutions win the 2023 Vietnam Digital Awards
On the afternoon of October 7, the three solution suites of FPT Information System Corporation (FPT IS) have been honored and given 2023 Vietnam Digital Awards by Vietnam Digital Communications Association (VDCA). This has affirmed the reputation, quality, and applicability of the solutions researched and developed by FPT IS.
The three solution suites of FPT IS that have won the 2023 Vietnam Digital Awards include:
- Electronic Contract & Certified e-Contract Authority Solutions (FPT.eContract & FPT.CeCA)
- Anti-fraud Solution for Digital Identity Verification (FPT.IDCheck)
- Comprehensive SaaS Automation Solutions (UBot & UVote Ecosystem)
The award ceremony welcomes Deputy Head of the Central Economic Commission Mr. Nguyen Duc Hien, Deputy Minister of Information and Communications Mr. Nguyen Huy Dung, and leaders and representatives of central and local ministries/departments.
This is the 5th consecutive year that FPT IS has won the Vietnam Digital Awards, affirming the reputation and quality of “Made by FPT IS” solutions on the journey of accompanying businesses and organizations to implement digital transformation and create digital happiness.

The Electronic Contract & Certified e-Contract Authority Solutions (FPT.eContract & FPT.CeCA) are part of FPT IS’ ecosystem of signing and authentication solutions and have been used by more than 1,500 corporate customers. Users can use FPT.eContract to set up and initiate contract approval and signing flow with a strict and closed process, and use FPT.CeCA to verify the integrity and validity of the digital signature on documents/contracts with the authentication stamp of the Vietnam Ministry of Industry and Trade. The combination of FPT.eContract and FPT.CeCA offers businesses and individuals complete confidence when using electronic contracts, as well as complete safety, security, and legal validity when entering into contracts and conducting business activities.
FPT.IDCheck is considered the pioneering and currently leading solution in the Vietnamese market that allows users to verify chip-based ID card data and perform facial recognition with 100% accuracy, completely eliminating acts of counterfeiting chip-based ID cards. Besides the FPT.IDCheck software, FPT IS has also developed devices such as FPT.IDReader, FPT Kiosk… to deliver comprehensive, convenient solutions to properly handle from remote transactions to over-the-counter transactions, or the self-services at banks, hotels, notary offices, schools, hospitals…FPT.IDCheck currently takes up the largest market share in terms of identity authentication based on chip-based ID cards. Meanwhile, UBot and UVote are a comprehensive suite of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions for businesses, offering “virtual robot assistants” capable of simulating human operations to perform a large amount of repetitive tasks. As the SaaS-based automation solutions, as of September 2023, UBot and UVote have recorded rapid growth in terms of number of customers, specifically, UBot has been used by 3,800 SMEs with 4.8 million invoices processed, while UVote has been used by half of the Top VN30 businesses to organize shareholder meetings with more than 1 million shareholders voting via the platform.
The 2023 Vietnam Digital Awards, themed “Unlocking the potential of digital data”, is an annual program organized by VDCA under the auspices of the Vietnam Ministry of Information and Communications. In 2023, approximately 350 applications across the country have been submitted to the program. With the scientific, objective, professional, and impartial evaluation by examiners who are management executives, tech and DX experts, undergoing the two rounds of Preliminary and Final, 38 applications in 4 categories have been selected to be honored at the award ceremony.
