Vinatech Group inaugurates 20,000m² factory in Hoa Binh and goes live with SAP S/4HANA system implemented by FPT
Recently, Vinatech Group has officially inaugurated its new automated racking production factory in Hoa Binh and launched the SAP S/4HANA system—an advanced next-generation ERP platform implemented by FPT. The move marks a significant milestone in the company’s digital transformation journey, aiming to enhance operational efficiency and unified management. This strategic upgrade lays a solid foundation for sustainable growth and regional expansion.
The inauguration ceremony took place at Lot 4, Binh Phu Industrial Park, Mong Hoa Commune, Hoa Binh City, after two years of preparation and construction. Covering over 20,000 square meters, the Hoa Binh factory is built to the highest standards for modern racking system manufacturing, with an annual production capacity of 30,000 tons.

The event also marked a significant milestone in Vinatech’s digital transformation journey, as the company officially expanded the deployment of the SAP S/4HANA system across all its subsidiaries. This expansion builds on the successful initial phase launched in 2023 and reflects the strong, collaborative partnership and shared vision between Vinatech Group and FPT Corporation.
The event marks a significant milestone, representing a major leap forward for Vinatech in its journey toward comprehensive digital transformation.
As part of this project, FPT implemented a full suite of key SAP modules, including MM (Material Management), SD (Sales and Distribution), PP (Planning and Production Management), and FICO (Finance and Accounting), along with integration of the eInvoice system.
The successful deployment and go-live of SAP S/4HANA has established a unified, internationally standardized management platform for Vinatech and delivered tangible operational benefits. The system enables real-time inventory tracking, optimizes production and operating costs, ensures transparency in financial and accounting data, and supports the management team in making faster, more accurate decisions. It also enhances interdepartmental connectivity, boosts supply chain efficiency, and is a key driver for sustainable growth.
