FPT Ready to Partner with Ministry of Health to Drive Breakthroughs in Smart, End-to-End Healthcare
End-to-end healthcare and universal health coverage on digital platforms are a top priority for the Government, the Ministry of Health, and hospitals nationwide. FPT has taken the lead in introducing a comprehensive ecosystem of solutions addressing these needs at the “70th Anniversary of the Development of Science, Technology, Digital Transformation, and Health Workforce Training” event hosted by the Ministry of Health on November 17–18 in Hanoi.
Minister Dao Hong Lan Visits FPT’s Digital Healthcare Solutions Showcase
As a technology partner with over 23 years of collaboration in Vietnam’s healthcare sector, FPT was honored to participate in the event, sharing in-depth insights on AI and digital technology applications for end-to-end healthcare—from home to pharmacy to hospital—while presenting key technology solutions that support the sector.
Speaking at the event, Deputy Minister of Health Nguyen Tri Thuc emphasized:
“In recent years, the healthcare sector has achieved significant results in science and technology, innovation, digital transformation, and workforce training, especially notable breakthroughs in technology following Resolutions 57-NQ/TW, 71-NQ/TW, and 72-NQ/TW. These achievements have introduced new methods and products to serve public health, contributing to the Government’s goal of universal, high-quality healthcare and comprehensive health coverage.”
Dr. Tran Tung, Director of Digital Healthcare Solution Consulting, FPT IS, provided insights on the application of AI, big data, and digital platforms in end-to-end healthcare
At the event, Dr. Tran Tung, Director of Digital Healthcare Solution Consulting, FPT IS, provided insights on the application of AI, big data, and digital platforms in end-to-end healthcare. Technologies such as IoMT, electronic medical records, 5G, big data, blockchain, and smart hospital systems enable real-time healthcare monitoring, management, and connectivity. AI, in particular, is a key enabler for medical imaging, personalized treatment, automation of hospital processes, clinical pharmacy, and disease prevention, while also laying the foundation for telehealth and remote care. FPT stressed that effective deployment requires integrated data infrastructure, full legal frameworks, cybersecurity, and skilled human resources. FPT reaffirmed its commitment to accompany the Ministry of Health in building a smart, modern, and sustainable healthcare ecosystem.
The UNDP representative also shared about the “Doctors for Every Home” model—a platform developed by FPT for the Ministry of Health with UNDP support—expanding access to remote medical services. As of October 31, 2025, the system recorded impressive results: 1.9 million activated citizen accounts, 119,118 remote appointments booked by 73,556 citizens, and 23,696 video calls conducted, including 15,683 for remote healthcare support, demonstrating the efficiency of large-scale telehealth and FPT’s capacity in building digital healthcare platforms.
FPT’s smart hospital ecosystem has supported hundreds of hospitals nationwide with FPT.eHospital management solutions, including systems for hospital information (HIS), laboratory management (LIS), radiology (RIS), image storage and communication (PACS), electronic medical records (EMR), finance and operations control, integration and connectivity, administration, and smart new applications. The FPT.EMR electronic medical record system provides hospitals with a centralized platform to manage patient information, moving toward paperless and smart hospital operations. In the past six months, FPT has successfully implemented EMR systems with 70 hospitals nationwide, including leading medical centers, offering tailored digital transformation pathways for each facility.
FPT also introduced Azladin, a digital healthcare platform supporting smart and personalized care. It allows hospitals and clinics to manage medical records, monitor treatment progress, and provide remote consultation through an integrated system. Optimizing hospital operations and patient–doctor interaction, Azladin improves care experience, reduces costs, and enhances service efficiency for patient-centered, modern medical units.

The Vietnam Epidemiology and Pharmaceutical Map, developed by FPT Long Chau, integrates sales data from over 2,200 pharmacies nationwide and serves more than 28 million citizens. Using real-time data analysis, the system predicts epidemic risks, assesses local medicine demand, and supports effective preventive health policy planning.
The epidemiology map serves as a practical tool for authorities to optimize resources while enabling timely access to medicines for citizens
The 3P Continuous Glucose Monitor, an IoMT device displayed at the event, tracks blood sugar 24/7 without finger-pricking. Data updates every three minutes, visualized in a mobile app, allowing users to monitor diet, exercise, and medication effects over 14 days. The system replays daily glucose variations and shares reports directly with doctors via the FPT MediCare platform.

The experience area for the VR Training Platform in Anatomy and Medical Procedures
MIVO, FPT’s VR training platform for anatomy and medical procedures, addresses limitations in traditional training, especially amid healthcare workforce shortages. It provides detailed 3D anatomical models, simulates clinical procedures, and enables repeated practice in a safe virtual environment, enhancing professional skills without risks to patients.
Alongside clinical solutions, FPT also showcased digital workflow and cybersecurity solutions, such as Kyta Platform and FPT.EagleEye, to strengthen hospital management and operations.
Mr. Pham Thanh Tung, Director of Healthcare Sector, FPT IS, stated that FPT is committed to leveraging technology to support preventive healthcare, public health management, and service quality, contributing to a modern, smart, and equitable healthcare system.
By integrating advanced technologies and over a decade of AI research, FPT is helping healthcare providers expand access to personalized care, telehealth, and real-time patient monitoring, supporting the Government and Ministry of Health in building a smart, modern, and sustainable healthcare system for all citizens.
