FE CREDIT has officially partnered with FPT to kick off the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors, a human resources management system. The project is one of FE CREDIT’s key initiatives in 2026, aiming to establish a modern, integrated, and flexible digital HR management platform that will serve as a foundation for the company’s long-term development goals.
Against the backdrop of strong growth in Vietnam’s consumer finance market, the need to enhance operational capabilities and service quality is becoming increasingly critical. According to FiinGroup data, total outstanding consumer loans in 2025 increased by approximately 26% year-on-year. This reflects a strong recovery in consumer purchasing power and confidence, opening up new growth opportunities for finance companies.
Another survey by Vietnam Report shows that consumers today are concerned not only with interest rates and preferential borrowing costs (78.9%) or convenient procedures (63.2%), but also place a strong emphasis on transparency (73.7%), service quality, and data security (52.6%). Rapid market expansion and increasingly demanding customer expectations are creating significant opportunities while also putting pressure on businesses to optimize processes, strengthen credibility and customer experience, and manage risks effectively to maintain their competitive position.

Therefore, since mid-June 2026, FE CREDIT has partnered with FPT, a trusted technology provider, to implement SAP SuccessFactors. This strategic move will enable FE CREDIT to standardize and digitize its internal processes on a unified platform. The adoption of SAP SuccessFactors is not simply an upgrade to a new management tool, but reflects the company’s long-term commitment to human capital development and proactive investment in employee experience, with the goal of building a more modern, transparent, and connected workplace.
Accordingly, the system will be configured and put into operation within seven months, focusing on five core modules: Employee Information Management, Recruitment, Employee Onboarding, Performance Management, and Time and Attendance Management.
FE CREDIT currently has more than 12,000 employees nationwide. Through SAP SuccessFactors, the company aims to build a centralized HR management platform that standardizes and synchronizes the entire employee journey on a single system. The solution also offers AI integration capabilities and a mobile-optimized design, which are expected to enhance employee experience, increase operational transparency, and improve management effectiveness over the long term.
An FE CREDIT representative shared: “FE CREDIT is pursuing a transformation strategy toward a customer-centric model, in which employees play a critical role in realizing the organization’s development goals. Therefore, building a modern and integrated HR management platform while enhancing employee experience is one of FE CREDIT’s key priorities in this new phase.”
FE CREDIT expects the project to provide a strong impetus for a culture of autonomy, where every employee can proactively manage their capabilities, assess performance, and connect individual achievements with organizational outcomes directly on the digital platform. In the next phases, the company will continue to optimize the system’s capabilities by making deeper use of digital data, preparing for long-term transformation.

FE CREDIT and FPT have previously built a long-standing partnership through a series of projects implementing solutions within the FPT ecosystem, including the FPT.iHRP human resources management system, FPT.eSign electronic signature solution, and PMS performance management system. In 2024, FPT also conducted the PCI DSS 4.0 Level 1 security certification assessment, making FE CREDIT the first company in Vietnam’s consumer finance sector to achieve this certification at that time.
The SAP SuccessFactors project once again demonstrates FE CREDIT’s steadfast commitment to its sustainable development strategy.
