FPT and Konica Minolta collaborate to implement a global healthcare project

FPT and Konica Minolta (Japan) are proud to officially announce the launch of the Konica Minolta (KMI) project – a significant partnership marking the first globalization milestone of the Azladin digital healthcare platform under FPT Healthcare.

The KMI project focuses on modernizing and optimizing medical data integration by implementing a core component of Azladin within the HL7 FHIR standard framework into Konica Minolta’s advanced Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS). The collaboration between FPT and Konica Minolta aims to ensure compatibility and interoperability between the FPT.eHospital (EMR) system and KONICA MINOLTA FINO.VITA.GX (PACS), enabling healthcare providers to manage patient information more efficiently, minimize redundancy, and improve accuracy in patient care. Additionally, it directly enhances clinical decision-making by providing real-time patient data.

The strategic partnership with KMI not only affirms FPT’s capabilities in digital healthcare but also opens opportunities for Vietnamese technology to reach the global stage. KMI is expected to become a core platform that enhances data interoperability, establishing a strong connection between Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS). This, in turn, improves healthcare management efficiency, enhances the quality of healthcare services, and accelerates the digital transformation process in medical organizations both domestically and internationally.
