FPT IS successfully renews its ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 certification for Managed Services
FPT IS recently passed the 2nd monitoring audit of ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 certification for Managed Services. The tech company is among few companies earning this certification.
The audit was conducted by TUV NORD Vietnam, taking place from October 7-8, 2024. After 1.5 days, the internal audit outcomes showed 0 NC (Non conformity) and 1 GP (Good Practice), affirming FPT IS employee capability to implement and manage a management system that meets internationally required standards.

After more than 02 years of implementation and continuous improvement of the system according to ISO 20000 standards, FPT IS has received positive evaluations from experts for the continual improvement of services and the level of professionalism in operation to meet the requirements and quality commitments to its customers. FPT IS have set its goal to expand Managed Services on the global scale, and made successful renewal of the ISO 20000 certification its key task to realize this target.

ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 is an international standard for IT Service Management System (ITSMS), issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). It certifies that an organization meets the requirements for establishment, implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of an IT service management system (SMS).
