Specifically, FPT will provide consultation and implement the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition – an advanced Cloud ERP solution – at PhuTai Quartz Stone over an estimated 4.5 months. The project will cover key modules such as Financial Accounting, Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse Management, Production, Quality Management, and Electronic Invoice Integration. The adoption of this advanced management system ensures data synchronization, enhances real-time automated control, and supports data-driven decision-making. As a result, the company can standardize processes, optimize resources, and establish seamless connections between departments.
