FPT participates in the Government Party Congress, affirming commitment to advancing national digital transformation
On October 12–13, the first Congress of the Government Party Committee for the 2025–2030 term officially took place in Hanoi. At the event, FPT was honored to be among the few technology enterprises continuing to accompany the Police Department for Administrative Management of Social Order (C06), showcasing pioneering technology solutions that demonstrate the practical application of the national population database in alignment with the objectives of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW.
The first Congress of the Government Party Committee for the 2025–2030 term marks the inaugural congress of the Government’s Party Committee under a new organizational model. The Congress set forth key priorities, from building a socialist rule-of-law state and improving the development institution, to advancing science, technology, innovation, digital transformation, and private sector growth. All these priorities reaffirm the central role of science and technology in the nation’s development journey – a direction that Vietnamese technology enterprises, including FPT, are proudly pioneering.
In this spirit, FPT has been contributing to establishing the digital foundation for national governance through big data, digital mapping, and electronic identification platforms. Within the framework of the Congress, FPT was honored to showcase its “Make in Vietnam” data-driven solutions that embody the spirit of technological mastery, including the Vietnam Epidemiological and Pharmaceutical Map and the FPT.IDCheck digital identity verification solution.

The Vietnam Epidemiological and Pharmaceutical Map was among the highlight solutions showcased by FPT at the exhibition, demonstrating its capabilities in applying big data to national healthcare management. The system leverages data from over 2,200 Long Châu pharmacies nationwide, serving more than 28 million citizens.
The solution provides a clear visualization of community health by collecting and aggregating data from pharmacy chains such as FPT Long Châu, combined with transaction data authenticated via VNeID and connected to the national population database. This creates a dynamic, real-time healthcare data network. Based on this data source, analytical and predictive technologies are applied to identify drug usage trends and issue early warnings about potential disease outbreaks in specific regions. This empowers citizens to access the right medications, use them appropriately, proactively prevent illnesses, and reduce healthcare costs. For regulators, the map serves as an effective tool to support the Government in developing preventive healthcare strategies, coordinating medicine supply, and optimizing public healthcare spending.
Notably, starting from January 1, 2025, citizens will be able to purchase medicines online via VNeID, marking a new milestone in the digitalization of healthcare services and bringing technology closer to everyday life.

With this data-driven map, FPT not only provides a tool that enhances preventive healthcare management but also contributes to greater transparency across the pharmaceutical supply chain.
FPT.IDCheck is a digital identity verification application directly connected to the national population database managed by the Ministry of Public Security. It is one of FPT’s flagship solutions in cybersecurity and digital transformation, officially licensed for development by the Ministry. The solution employs advanced technologies such as AI, Big Data, Near Field Communication (NFC), and biometrics to verify identities through chip-based citizen ID cards, verifying them directly against data from the C06 Department. The system ensures near-absolute accuracy and complies with the ISO 30107-3 international standard for facial biometric anti-spoofing.
The solution has already been widely adopted across multiple sectors—including banking, education, healthcare, and insurance—enabling citizens to complete procedures within seconds while ensuring maximum transaction security. For the Government, FPT.IDCheck plays a vital role in preventing fraud, strengthening the reliability of online public services, and accelerating the development of a safe, transparent, and sustainable digital government and digital economy.
In the context of the Government’s vision for a unified data-driven governance platform, FPT.IDCheck serves as a “digital key” that enables cross-sector services to operate under a single, trusted digital identity – aligning with the objectives of Resolution No. 57–NQ/TW on the development of national population, identification, and electronic authentication databases.

Each solution marks a significant shift from isolated, sector-specific digital transformation to a comprehensive, government-wide approach – aimed at building a unified data infrastructure that empowers state agencies to make faster, more accurate, and more effective decisions, thereby realizing the vision of a modern, digital, and citizen-centric government.
From its contribution to the Party Congress of the Ministry of Public Security to its presence at the first Congress of the Government Party Committee, FPT continues to affirm its pioneering role as a trusted partner accompanying the Government in building a digital government, digital society, and digital citizenship—contributing to the realization of national digital transformation goals in line with Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW.
