FPT partners with Imexpharm to drive comprehensive digital transformation in HR management

Recently, Imexpharm Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company and FPT Corporation officially launched a project to implement the FPT.iHRP human resource management system. This initiative marks a significant step toward fully digitizing Imexpharm’s HR operations, aiming to enhance its competitive edge and foster sustainable growth in the digital era.

Imexpharm and FPT kick off implementation of FPT.iHRP Human Resource Management System

The FPT.iHRP human resource management system, jointly implemented by Imexpharm and FPT in a five-month Phase 1 rollout, will cover nearly the entire HR process chain – from recruitment, training, and personnel file management to timekeeping, payroll, and performance evaluation. Backed by over 21 years of development and deep expertise in the pharmaceutical sector, FPT.iHRP fully meets the strict compliance requirements of pharmaceutical manufacturing standards, while seamlessly integrating with Imexpharm’s existing ERP system (SAP). The solution enables real-time access to HR data, empowering faster decision-making, effective cost control, and improved workforce planning. It also lays the foundation for enhanced employee experience, stronger internal engagement, and the sustainable development of future leadership pipelines.

The implementation of the FPT.iHRP human resource management system is designed to address the growing complexity of HR operations at Imexpharm – a company with nearly 1,500 employees distributed across multiple branches, factories, and affiliated units. With a diverse working model that ranges from shift-based manufacturing to flexible sales operations, the company faces heightened demands in areas such as timekeeping, payroll, performance management, and talent development. Moreover, critical functions such as training, competency assessment, certification tracking, and succession planning remain fragmented and lack integrated data, creating challenges in timely management and decision-making.
