FPT successfully deploys SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud for PhuTai Quartz Stone in just four months
FPT has successfully completed the deployment and go-live of the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud system for all units within the stone business of Phu Tai Joint Stock Company in April 2026, following just four months of implementation. The project marks a significant milestone in the company’s digital transformation journey, aimed at enhancing governance capabilities and optimizing operations across the entire organization.
The SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud system was implemented with key modules, including finance and accounting, sales, procurement, inventory management, production, quality management, and e-invoicing integration. The solution has been rolled out across five affiliated units: 380 Enterprise, Binh Dinh Quartz Stone Company, Stone Processing Factory, Tuan Dat Minerals Company, and Nhon Hoa Construction Materials Production Enterprise. The adoption of this modern enterprise platform ensures data consistency, strengthens real-time control, enables data-driven decision-making, and optimizes end-to-end operations.
The project was executed within a tight timeline, covering all phases from assessment and solution design to training, testing, and system migration. Despite the company’s diversified business operations and complex management structure, the system ensures seamless synchronization between the parent company and its subsidiaries, supporting improved productivity and readiness for future expansion.
Completing the project within just four months demonstrates the strong collaboration and high commitment of both parties, while also affirming FPT’s capability to deliver large-scale SAP projects. The new system is expected to help Phu Tai enhance management efficiency, accelerate decision-making, and proactively adapt to market changes.

In parallel with the stone segment, since December 2025, FPT has also been deploying SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud for Phu Tai’s wood business. The project covers two major units: Thang Loi Wood Enterprise and Phu Tai Binh Dinh Wood Company Limited. This initiative builds on the experience gained from the stone segment while gradually standardizing business processes in alignment with SAP best practices for the wood industry. To date, the project has completed the harmonization of business process frameworks across the relevant units.
The parallel implementation of projects for both the stone and wood segments further demonstrates the capability of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud to support complex enterprises while maintaining accelerated timelines. Amid ongoing economic challenges, both parties have proactively collaborated and optimized resources to ensure project progress and system quality.

The SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud system is expected to become a core technology platform, enabling Phu Tai to enhance governance efficiency, strengthen data analytics capabilities, and improve decision-making. According to the plan, the wood segment is scheduled to go live in July 2026, with full deployment across all seven subsidiaries of Phu Tai Joint Stock Company targeted for completion by the end of August 2026.
