IRDM and FPT IS to optimize teaching activities with technologies

Recently, the Institute for Research & Development of Vietnam’s Manpower (IRDM) and FPT Information System Corporation (FPT IS) have announced the launch of the Smart Self-learning Platform (IRDM Smart Learning). The system creates an important foundation for IRDM to proceed with the digitalization of the curriculum and replicate world-standard working skill courses for young resources in Vietnam.

Cooperating with FPT IS to deploy the IRDM Smart Learning platform helps IRDM continue to replicate the journey of enhancing knowledge for young resources in the context of the 4.0 era and the “borderless” labor market today, contributing to enabling the mission of “Elevating Vietnamese youths to international standards” according to the Prime Minister’s orientation. With the power of technologies, along with the constant efforts to update, research, and design education programs in accordance with expectations in the context of the new era, IRDM expects that more and more students will have access to resources of the Institute, thereby gradually approaching the domestic and international labor market.

IRDM and FPT IS announce the launch of the IRDM Smart Learning.

Specifically, the IRDM Smart Learning provides IRDM with an advanced teaching platform. The Institute’s lecturers can deliver the teaching in a flexible way, facilitating interaction between learners and teachers. The system provides 2 learning methods: Asynchronous (digitalizing and sharing lectures (with no limit on time or distance)) and Synchronous (discussing and answering questions directly with learners right on the application).

IRDM Smart Learning delivers many outstanding utilities, allowing learners to access learning contents anytime, anywhere as long as there is an internet connection, increasing proactiveness and personalization for each and every learner. Accordingly, the scope of learning subjects will expand, valuable learning contents from IRDM will be available to learners across the country or the world with no constraints of time or distance.

In particular, IRDM Smart Learning also allows to track learning progress, evaluate performance and interest level, provide an effective personal feedback method, rate and grade courses, and update information on new courses, build a curriculum in line with the needs of each learner, thereby collecting data for IRDM to develop and improve courses.
